MDMA doesn't cause Serotonin Syndrome by itself. But when taken with another drug stops MAOI then you can be prepared for death (or really fucking horrible feeling). It also causes HPPD. Bleeding brain? What the fuck. Also, serotonin receptor damage. Some receptors "down-regulate" and become in-active for some time. Many receptors do this, that's why people develop tolerance to drugs. Those receptors recover fast. They ain't even damaged, just in-active. But some serotonin receptors get damaged structurally. With free radicals, dopamine flooding serotonin channel (which is very bad), and so on. I don't know that in details... Also, interesting fast, MAOI converts dopamine into H202, which is basically peroxide in your brains. But it's still less harmful than dopamine to serotonin receptors.
Few little tid bits. Pressed pills are never pure MDMA. Stacks don't mean how much MDMA is in a pill, don't trust outpressed or pills not in a circular shape. Keep hydrated listen to good music and don't use it all the time and you'll be fine. Also keep in mind your brain may lag a bit, learned that by bouncing off a chainlink fence that I ran at and failed at even slowing myself down once I got near it.
Hallucinogen persisting perception disorder
Some actually describe this syndrome as "cool" however I would rather not have it.

As far as I understand, MAOIs change the way that Serotonin and Dopamine are processed and basically cause less of both to be recycled. It is possible to have a good time with a MAIO and MDMA however it is extremely risky and I would not recommend it.
Are you sure you know what MAOI means?
It's inhibitor of MAO enzyme. What said Dan The Man, it breaks down used serotonin, dopamine, epinephrine, and lots of other similar stuff. There are two types of MAOI, MAOIA and MAOIB. It means Mono Amine Oxidase.

And they can either inhibit MAO A or MAO B equally or choose to inhibit one over the other. Other than that you're spot on ;)
Some actually describe this syndrome as "cool" however I would rather not have it.
eh it's just a slight annoyance. It really gets better with time abstained from drugs.
eh it's just a slight annoyance. (HPPD get more intense with bad mood in many people)
Ah, I thought you didn't know what it meant because I had no idea what you meant in the second sentence of your other post edit: I'm just being pedantic here, but there aren't only 2 types of MAOIs. The floor was a bit trippy as it was a pattern but it never really bothered me. I thought it was normal back then until someone here posted something about hppd, and I was like damn, I had some of those symptoms. The only noticeable symptom that I still have is the floaters that are in my vision, but other than that i'm really ok. tbh, the voices and noises in my head back then were more disturbing then some visual distortions. Never got diagnosed with either hppd or whatever caused the voices as I didn't want to go to the crazy bin.
they don't send you off to they loony bin for hearing voices anymore. they just give you these pills that cause you to feel braindead and gain weight uncontrollably.
Drink water, even if you dont feel thirsty, but dont overdo it. You wont be able to piss the water out, but because of the energy it wills you with, youll sweat alot away, so its vital to keep water topped up. You may also want to get a babies pacifier to chew on, otherwise youre likely to grind down your teeth. After taking some E, leave it a week or two before going again, or your brain will be raped by lack of happy hormones (and sleep!) and oyu will get really depressed :( Go somwhere with flashy lights, good music and just enjoy it :)
DON'T DRINK WATER, DRINK SPORTS DRINK. Too much water can fuck up your sodium levels, sports drinks like gatorade have electrolytes to replenish shit and keep it all balanced.
drink orange juice.
Orange juices pH is pretty high, so it's bad for your teeth.
Sports drinks are the way to go. Also chew gum.
orange juice helps the high though. something about the vitamins and whatnot.
orange juice helps the high though. something about the vitamins and whatnot.
It has to do with the fact that it acidifies your system. Some drugs become stronger when your body is more acidic, some become stronger when it is more basic.

The dehydration things why I usually keep a giant thing of some refreshing fluid near me. Fair warning, you wont be hungry, and if you are, you'll have to really force yourself to eat as it's hard to swallow food and it just never tastes right.
E's accounted for some of the longest pisses I've ever taken.
Taking a piss on E is the greatest. My record felt like about 2 minutes. Dunno if it actually did take that long though. It also feels really nice when you take a piss, so the length of it isn't a downside.
Orange juice does help the high but I still prefer Gatorade when I'm rolling. Also, Vic's inhaler's make your high better too.
