I wish I could play drums. Drums on RB aren't even close to real drums.
Hey that was my first drum kit, it served me well. Except for the bass drum pedal it's absolute shit, replace it quick.
Iron Cobra singles are good for beginners.

No shit.
Soon I will know if I get to go to this great teacher. He's the former drummer of Rotten Sound and plays now on Wintersun. He's one the the best drummers in Finland. :) Also, he has taught drumming for over 10 years now.
Irma , sounds cool :D - Good luck :)

Can anyone give me any tips on how to match my double pedal to a sixteenth note on snare? Like left hand and left foot at the same time, and right foot and right hand at the same time at a sixteenth note pace.

I'm not sure what you mean. So just like, playing at the same time?

start slow.
just build up your flams,
(snare and bass at the same time of course)
do like quarter notes at 120 going RRRR LLLL RRRR LLLL
until your comfortable at that speed, then work it up to eight notes at 120 so RRRRLLLL RRRRLLLL RRRRLLLL
after that build independence Eight notes at 120
RRLLRRLL RRLLRRLL
after that go to
RLRLRLRL RLRLRLRL
then all you have to do is build up some speed.
hope it helps :D
[editline]01:25PM[/editline]
also, if you wanna build some wicked hand foot independence, reverse it.
i.e.
SNARE RLRL RLRL RLRL RLRL
BASS LRLR LRLR LRLR LRLR
youll be a beast in no time
Or be a man and do pyramids
RRRRRRRR LLLLLLLL x4
RRRRRRR LLLLLLL x4
RRRRRR LLLLLL x4
RRRRR LLLLL x4
RRRR LLLL x4
RRR LLL x2
RR LL x4
RLRLRL

Then R again for a release.
Thanks :v: I have a drum lesson tomorrow (All of which are free and provided by my Uncle) and that is one of the required things. Thanks.
Just a side thing, my uncle looks almost exactly like Neil Peart.
