I don't remember what it was called, but when I was in summer school some kids brought in some insanity sauce, everybody was trying little dime sized globs, and they said they'd give me $50 if I ate a quarter sized one (just an estimation with the sizes) I remember eating it, saying "this really isn't that ba-OH FUCK" which of course made everybody including the teacher laugh hysterically while I hauled ass to the drinking fountains without thinking before I drank water which just made it worse. I did better than some kid who threw up with like 1\8th of how much I ate, so it was pretty funny once the burning stopped. Definitely wouldn't do it again, but it still makes me laugh when I think about it, just one of those things you only do once in life
If you do it again, find milk milk really helps

Tabasco is awful, it's just far too vinegary.

I'll never forget this bowl of ramen i had in Japan a few years back. When i ordered it, the staff tried to warn me. I was like, "Bring it on". When they brought it out it had a vibrant red broth. Holy shit, what i would do to find out what they put in there. The flavor was amazing, but like someone said earlier, when i was done I could not walk straight on my way back to my hotel. Hell, i wish i could remember the name of the dish.
this is the stuff I swear by, great flavor and franks/Tabasco are weak in comparison, yet it isn't retardedly hot.

I've got a bottle of Blair's Mega Death which sits at 550 000 scovilles, I tread around it like it was plutonium. Great stuff though when I want to FEEL ALIVE (which doesn't happen often, go no-life, go!)

My favorite is: Not that spicy either but it taste so good. Maybe it's just me that thinks that is not very spicy because I love spicy things.
I have an half-gallon sized plastic container of this stuff in my refrigerator, and let me tell you, it's lasted at least three months before I've gotten low. That obviously means I haven't been using it enough :v:

I took the "shut-up juice" challenge about a year ago. I got 4 bites in, and it fucking sucked. There was no taste at all. 2 million scoville units

Technically not a hot sauce, but a barbeque sauce. Not very hot but it has a great flavor. Other than that I go for
Famous Daves, really? Is it actually good? I've never tried it.
For a nation-wide chain, their barbeque is remarkable and pretty cheap.
http://www.hotsauceworld.com/hsw1600.html thats supposed to be the hottest food additive you can get, who's got 400$ lying around? technically not a sauce of course.
I read a story about a guy who put a single crystal of that in about a gallon of soup, and he ended up having to throw the entire pot of soup out for being too hot.
