It totally is propoganda.
I am not saying that it's factually wrong or that it's lies or that it never happened or that it's staged. To be honest the video is very shady and seems staged, the voices in the video sound like they were recorded in a studio. But that's subjective.
It's objective however that it was carefully montaged and put together. It's purporsefully made as dramatic as possible. So yeah it's propoganda because it carries a point of view across.
Not saying it's bad though. If these people really endure such conditions then the point has to be carried to the public.
The video is not nearly as sad as the comments under it.
Does denying video and photo evidence of your nation's forces attacking innocent conscripts like run in your veins?
Are you just going to shit post and call everything propaganda? Jesus fuck I have seen your posts all around this forum and I am starting to think you're either a troll, or just completely in denial about anything to do with Ukraine.
I am not sure I understand.
If it's not propoganda then what is it? The video focuses on the guy's speech about how the "brothers" are shooting them and how rebels don't care where to throw their 120mm grenades. At the same time it doesn't provide any real info. No locations, names or any kind of solid information that would allow you to be sure that this whole thing really happened.
The video is not about factual info, it's about an opinion getting passed to people. So, essentially, propoganda.
I can provide you with an absolutely identical video in terms of structure.
NSFW as fuck, gore from 0:00 till 0:30

Dramatic scene and a focus on a witnesses' speech about the conflict. Seems fimilar? Well, RT didn't put as much effort to put fitting music in and make a montage, because the video speaks for itself.
Is it propoganda? The video itself is just a video, but it being published on a media outlet is propoganda because it reinforces a certain agenda.
It's not like propoganda means "evil brainwashing by the evil evils".
Check the wiki:
Propaganda is a form of communication aimed towards influencing the attitude of a population toward some cause or position
Essentially a video by a presidental candidate about his promises for this term in case he gets elected is propoganda too, nothing bad about it.
I am not denying anything here. I said "the whole vid is ukrainian evil lies, rebels are saints and war is haven".

There is no such thing as innocent conscripts. Either innocent or conscripts, even if they were forced into the war. No rebel killed by the Ukrainian forces is innocent either since he has weapons in his hands.
But wait, what evidence? Black and white footage of people with aks talking?
The video is very dramatic and is good to make people concerned about the whole situation. To raise awarness of the humanitarian catastrophe of Ukraine perhaps. But it's not evidence.
The video has no attacking enemy, no proof russians/rebels did it, no dates, not even any way to determine where the event happened and if it happened at all.

To be fair, guys:
The REALNOST.COM project is a WEB / TV documentary series about people filming their life on an everyday base.
The people who want to take part in the project should be first auditioned by our casting director. More than 1500 people of different age and social status have already successfully been auditioned and started filming themselves. Who are these people? They are people who want and able to show their real life in an honest an open way — not showing off but recording their life as it is. They are pupils, students, actors, travelers, businessmen, retired people and many others. Every day they bring us their raw footage and professional directors and editors turn it into documentary series and full-length movies.
However, I don't think this is really propaganda. They're based out of Moscow, it seems.

It'd be NAF shelling them in this video not Russian military, it's probably mortars from the sounds of it. Agree or disagree with them the other side is very grassroots, they just have support from Russia.
It's not like the entire rebel entity is contrived.
Wow, when he was saying the cotton wool line, he must have had had no idea where he was and why he woke up in pain with adrenaline. Scary stuff, never seen a concussion like that.

Seems pretty average for a hard concussion to be honest. I knocked myself out (yea I'm smart) and it was a similar feeling. You feel really groggy/disabled and your hearing slowly builds back up to normal level but its like you've been deafened.

Yo it's 2014 audio equipment quality is really good now. How do you think people report news in bad or windy weather? They figured that shit out decades ago.

The noise from the impact must've temporarily fucked up his hearing. I once fired a small antique ship cannon (under supervision, of course). The fuse didn't light up like in the movies or whatever, so I thought I had to ignite it again when it suddenly went off. I wasn't wearing hearing protection (REALLY fucking stupid), and I think I've contracted some trauma just from that. Although my hearing hasn't noticeably worsened since, I tend to get pretty jumpy around loud noises.
Sound can really leave an impact on you, and being in a warzone like that is beyond my comprehension. I just hope he recovers as much as possible.

So, Putinbot, how's the daily dose of hate and self-destruction ?
concussion sucks, he got it reeeeeaally bad though, i'm not surprised he was finding it so hard to function
i hope he's alright
I imagine his vision probably blurred out pretty bad, too.
I once had a concussion back in winter of my first year of high school. During lunch break as we were returning to the school, I was running and slipped on some ice, I regained traction and went airborne, going head-first into the pavement, and I can attest that shit fucking sucks.
When you wake up, you're lying down on the ground and you have no idea why you are there. You see a bunch of lights and it feels as though you are dreaming. I thought I was playing a game of pacman, even though my eyes were open and I could see where I was. Over the course of a few seconds as you 'wake up', you notice that your ears are ringing really badly, and your hearing becomes really muffled. It sounds as if you were completely underwater.
You get the most intense headache you could have ever imagined, and you really feel as though you want to cry, but you just can't. It is a feeling that you desperately want, but are unable to have.
All I wanted to do was just lie there in the cold, and if I was alone, that's probably what I would have done, but luckily my friends were with me. They picked me up and pulled my arms over their shoulders and walked me to the office. While I was in the nurse's office, there were different people trying to talk to me. The principal, the office ladies, and even some of my friends. I could hear their voices and I knew who they were, but when I looked at them, their faces were blurred out. I couldn't identify any hairstyles, I couldn't identify the nose or the eyes. It was just a blank head. They all looked like a slenderman, but with their proper skin tones taking up their entire head.
Time went very quickly while I was in the nurse's office, and it felt as though I was only in there for a few minutes, but thinking back, my parents were also there, and it usually took them between a half-hour to a full hour to get from work to my school.
I distinctly remember my eyes darting all over the place (think bubbles from trailer park boys). I did it on purpose because every time they moved, I felt as though I was able to identify facial features, but they would quickly disappear, so I'd dart my eyes around again. When the paramedics came, they shined their pen light into my eyes and said they were dilated, and then I was taken by an ambulance to the hospital. The school offered to pay for the ambulance fee, but my dad declined as he thought our healthcare plan would be able to cover it. He regretted that choice when he got the bill later that week.
While at the hospital, they were asking me these questions like whether I had been knocked unconscious, but I lied and said I was conscious the whole time because I was afraid of what they'd do if they found out the truth. Then after a few scans of my head in this x-ray device that I had to stand in, I was sent on my way that same day and spent the rest of the night in a dark room in my house as the lights were too strong and were overpowering.

So I can definitely sympathize with the guy in this video. After the round hit, I can definitely imagine that he is probably feeling confused over everything. The cold doesn't matter anymore, you're lying down and all you want to do is close your eyes and go to sleep, but your senses are going nuts and you feel incredibly alarmed so you can't. It's good that you lose the feeling of the cold so you can focus on other things, but you become completely unable to do anything. You lose your sense of urgency and just sit there watching the others, trying to figure out what they are doing and what is going on.
Gotta give it to them, they are really good at keeping it together. Joking about the dinner table right after getting shelled by a one of the heaviest mortars in common service and witnessing a guy almost getting killed.
