I don't think people "enjoy" the movies in the popcorn movie sense. They're like, historical drama's that help give you some insight or perspective on what happened that day through the eyes of actors playing out the events as sincerely as they can to pay some tribute to the real people.
World Trade Center, United 93 and Incredibly Loud and Extremely Close are all movies that handle the subject tastefully, I feel they don't do any disservice to the people who were really there. The latter movie makes 9/11 only a very small part of the movie's narrative anyway. The first two are about sacrifice, heroism and loss among other themes.
I swear to god this is shit. It's going to be utter trash. The trailer is built from the ground out to be a "This Summer.." sort of movie where it's overly dramatic, edited and scripted to be a shitty movie. The premise alone seems dubious as hell and I'd love to see the "true events" it's based off because I doubt they're anything like what the movie is about.
There is a story in the WTC elevators worth telling but Charlie Sheen and whoever directed and produced this movie are not the ones to tell it.
