Boar, bear.

Hey guys, just so you know. I'm getting a Bushmaster ACR later on.
But I really wanted to see what it would look like with a custom paint scheme that I designed, so I bought a SCAR because they're just like a cheaper version of the ACR that I can experiment with.
So this is how it turned out, awesome huh?

I am suspicious, I bet that it's an airsoft scar that someone put an eotech on and jammed a pmag into the mag well to make look real
notice how on the painted version, he didn't paint the pmag but rather a totally different one, despite the fact that the top one is ready to be painted given the surroundings

It's definitely airsoft, the mag looks like an AR15 mag.

it's actually a really good way to troll and show off your new toy(s) at the same time!

Don't real SCARs take AR-15 mags?
Anyway either that guy did indeed paint up a real gun with cheap spraypaint in which case he's a moron but it's his gun so I don't care or he painted up a very expensive airsoft gun so I still don't care.
Actually I just realized the moron painted up a real gun.
Note the fire selector. On the picture of the gun after it's painted you can barely see two settings, safe and semi. All the airsoft versions have full-auto as well which I don't see under the paint. So the man is indeed a moron who just spent 2,500$+ on a gun that he ruined by using the wrong paint.

It's just a gimmick in my opinion.
A revolver that shoots tiny shotgun shells? Fun to shoot and perhaps useful against the occasional snake but I'd save my money given the option to buy one.

It's a troll, the 9mm would just get pushed down the chamber a little when the hammer strikes.

Why would you go hunting with a handgun in the first place though? if you need to shoot through lots of underbrush use flechette shotgun rounds, even if you don't need to shoot through underbrush hunting with a desert eagle is a huge waste of money, 1,500$ easily for the handgun if your lucky, plus about 2.50$ around if you look in the right spots, why pay that much when you can spend less then half that and accomplish the same thing?
[editline]10:56AM[/editline]
it's not that the Desert Eagle itself is USELESS, it's just that there are so many other firearms that can do the same thing for MUCH cheaper. It's a gimmick.
And for self-defense in woods I'd rather take a light rifle than a ultra-heavy pistol like the deagle...
What's with the Desert Eagle hate in this thread ? There are much worse guns that are overused in media, but suck in battle
Well I hate glocks for the same reason if that counts. Desert Eagles and Glocks are unreliable and you're probably more likely to hit your target by throwing the weapon than firing it.
Glocks are unreliable
And you base this on what evidence.
Also on the matter of the Desert Eagle, it was originally designed as a target pistol, and as such has no military or police use. Although to be fair they have a certain brutish quality and iconic appearance which is why they are mostly seen in video games and films, I have a little model of one on my desk.

Dangerous game hunters (well, at least the stuff like Grizzly Bears and the like) often carry a large caliber handgun as a means of last ditch defense, AKA their rifle just failed and there's a bigass angry bear who's hungry in front of them.
But you're right, that just brings us back to "you can get it better for cheaper" with other guns.

Glocks aren't necessarily unreliable, but they do have a tendency to stovepipe if you don't have a good grip on them, which with allot of the shitty grips on Glocks is hard to do.

yeah well in that case the fact that he didn't want to mess up his 15$ pmag while spraypainting his 2,000$ rifle makes perfect sense
I still say the unpainted one is real and he bought an airsoft scar to paint/troll with

I've put at least 2000 rounds through my glock and it hasn't jammed, and it is very accurate. No mods whatsoever.

You should invest in those surplus/imported/used (P6) P225's I posted last thread, I think they were only like $300 or less, good deal for a SIG.
Couple of my guns just for the fuck of it.

Romanian with Soviet furniture.
It's not a Century Arms rifle or a WASR before you ask.
Have you ever shot 32 out of the nagant revolver? If so how'd it fare. I would like to get one of those. But have been very hesitant recently.

You need a new cylinder in order to fire any form of .32 out of the Nagant. I really want to get one though, ammo is a pain in the ass to find for these things.

You can't fire .32 S&W long?
I was pretty sure the new cylinder is to fire the rimless .32 ACP.
