[QUOTE=dvsilverwing;21024958]Can you buy magazines with a larger capacity for that thing? That's a really fucking interesting looking rifle.[/QUOTE] I use [url]http://store.magpul.com/product/3/3[/url]. Also: the fore grip folds out into a bipod.
[QUOTE=facepuke;21026456] Also: the fore grip folds out into a bipod.[/QUOTE] You mean that hideous non pistol grip, thank god i don't live anywhere near CA.
anything made by keltec looks godawful but the RFB makes up for it...
[QUOTE=Pvt. Ryan;21026839]anything made by keltec looks godawful but the RFB makes up for it...[/QUOTE] ....But it's $1800.
[QUOTE=zombiefreak;21026851]....But it's $1800.[/QUOTE] And ar15 is $900 up and looks a hell of a lot better, then again, the gun's purpose is to function, not to look good.
[QUOTE=Pvt. Ryan;21020860]hi powers are great, but I prefer the original look of the slide to that of the 1911-styled Argentine ones[/QUOTE] Too bad Browning/FN Hi Powers are like $800+. FFFFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUU I hate Australia at times.
[QUOTE=SBD;21027011]Too bad Browning/FN Hi Powers are like $800+. FFFFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUU I hate Australia at times.[/QUOTE] Browning Hi Powers are like $500-$600, if that. The 10 round 9mm Browning Hi Powers are like $575.

[QUOTE=onnet7;21021098][img]http://www.rusmilitary.com/images/saiga12_maxrounds.jpg[/img] This picture further illustrates the hypocrisy of the British gun laws. The gun shown is 100% legal as a section one firearm under an FAC. It also looks hot as fuck.[/QUOTE] It would be good except the barrel is stupidly long and that muzzle break is useless and not very well thought out. Rest of it though is pretty cool. [editline]10:53PM[/editline] [QUOTE=dvsilverwing;21024958]Can you buy magazines with a larger capacity for that thing? The fuck are you all smoking, kel-tec shit is sexy.
Kel tec is pretty cool. I have a sub-2000.
[QUOTE=mastermaul;21028508]The fuck are you all smoking, kel-tec shit is sexy.[/QUOTE] I agree.
The keltec RFB seems interesting, I just don't see them pulling off a reliable front ejection system ripped off from the F2000. That's why I opted on getting the MSAR instead of waiting for it to become available.
I want to get my hands on the 4.85mm EWS prototype lol. (forerunner to the L85A1/2 (not the EM series)) Doubt any are surviving. Image here, I don't know how to put it in the post. URL tags? I wonder why you guys care about gun looks so much; the hell does it matter?
Why do we care how a car looks? or a woman?
Women are humans, and on a biological level they are there to have sex with; you are attracted to ones which are appealing to you both as a person and evolution-wise. Cars and Guns are the same kind of thing, they're a tool and I don't really care how they look, they could look like shit for all I care; as long as they what they're supposed to. I guess on a casual level it's understandable and honestly; I think every gun and every car is pretty. They're designed uniquely by the creator and are a one of a kind each. How could I hate such varied designs? They're all good in their own right; gun or car.
You sir are an Idiot! :eng101:
I'm an idiot because I don't care about the way guns look? :downs:
Yes.
I don't care about the way the gun looks. To me its this: Function > Fashion If it looks good and functions good, all the merrier.
Quick AK question: I saw a SAR-1 down at my gunstore for 400 dollars, is it a good buy? It comes with two spare mags, a 30 and a 40. I read that SARs are generally better than WASR-10s, and WASR-10s go for 500 to 600 dollars.

[QUOTE=Linelor;21033836]Still a shitty eastern block reproduction.[/QUOTE] Honestly can't afford anything higher priced than six to seven hundred.
[QUOTE=Leo Leonardo;21034143]Honestly can't afford anything higher priced than six to seven hundred.[/QUOTE] Perhaps your shouldn't be buying ASSAULT RIFLES then. Get a good bolt action, you will get much better performance out of it.
[QUOTE=Linelor;21034206]Perhaps your shouldn't be buying ASSAULT RIFLES then. Get a good bolt action, you will get much better performance out of it.[/QUOTE] Do you have something to recommend?
[QUOTE=Leo Leonardo;21034843]Do you have something to recommend?[/QUOTE] Buy a Mosin Nagant for $70 and the SAR for $400 in the same trip, that way you can tell him to stop acting like a prick and realize not everyone can afford a genuine Russian rifle, or even find one.
Unless the particular model is known for rattling to pieces or getting over 3''MOA off the bench there's nothing wrong with a cheap AK. They aren't built for accuracy, they aren't built for looks, they aren't built to please people who insist that everything on their gun MUST be perfect and ideal, they're built to keep shooting no matter what. If it can do that everything else is a bonus.
They're built to shoot, that's about it.
