Teaches you how to prone, to find NPOA (natural point of aim), How to use a sling to steady your firearm, and other stuff.
None of that will help 1 bit unless you have mastered what I already mentioned. Like I said earlier, I can group around 3inches at 75 yards standing with a 16" barreled bullpup and an aimpoint with a 4MOA dot. Once you can do that, then those things might help once you move out to 200+ yards. 200+ yards would be pushing it for my aimpoint, the dot would = 8 inches of area covered at 200 yards. I have a lot of realestate behind my aimpoint, maybe I should get a flip out magnifier eventually.
Anyone with a 10/22 not have any issues with the plastic lipped Butler Creek mags? They seem to have a really shitty reputation, but mine have been feeding fine.
Anyone with a 10/22 not have any issues with the plastic lipped Butler Creek mags? Most people buy a bunch, have an issue with 1 or 2, and say they're all junk. Personally, I won't use something I can't buy in bulk that's consistently flawless.
They look almost the same, save for the sight...
Stock, sights, magazine port, cocking handle, bayonet lug, etc
Stock, sights, magazine port, cocking handle, bayonet lug, etc
But it's still difficult to distinguish unless you're actually looking for that. I just glanced at it and said something. To me, however, they still look roughly the same. My bad.

Firing an M60 from the hip ftw.
A friend of mine bought some brass jacketed 7.62x39 ammo for his SKS from a guy cheap, like $20 for about 4 boxes and they're in perfectly good shape. Anyway, the odd thing is, a few of the round in the boxes have a red stripe around the bullet near the case. In the military that marks incendiary rounds, but I can't figure out what it could mean in civilian loads. Also, keep in mind that these are like thrown in with the rest of them so it is kinda odd.
That could also make it as part of a bullet chain, I don't know really, but I have found several one that might look the same from your description around old buildings on my acredge.
NRA membership ran out.

I believe it is there to serve as some sort of sealant for the neck of the casing/bottom of the bullet to help the round feed better or maybe to keep them held together better. It is also used on the primer too which I believe just adds to the structural integrity as well
A shame he's in Australia.
I thought Australia was really tight on gun laws?
Isn't he? If not then my ability to distinguish accents is very very dead.:frown: [editline]08:32AM[/editline]
I thought Australia was really tight on gun laws?
I couldn't help noticing he had no semi-automatic rifle of any kind in his little arsenal.

Not saying it isn't true, just not what this is.
It's a very thin band, I doubt this truthfully. Not saying it isn't true, just not what this is.
it's a thin sealant then or an incendiary round [editline]03:02PM[/editline] or you could take the round apart and see if it differs from other ones
Sighted in my MSAR yesterday the range. That's the 1st time in my lifetime I've ever been grouping at 100-125 yards. My aimpoint has a 4moa dot and I was sticking every shot inside of 3 inches at 100 yards. That means I was putting all my rounds into a smaller area than my dot was covering. That gun is just amazing...
Say, what model is it, a 556 or E4? 16 or 20 inch barrel? I watched a few videos of these today, I really want one now. It seems like a good alternative to the AR-15. Bloody Australia...
A shame he's in Australia.
Country accent, not Australian.
Country accent, not Australian.
He is actually.
He is actually.
I just checked his blog, he said he was happy to be back home in Texas...
I just checked his blog, he said he was happy to be back home in Texas...
I mean he was in Australia when he filmed the video, I was agreeing with the guy you quoted.
Yeah he had an aussie flag in one of the shots. He probably shot the first few things in Australia and the rest in the US.
Does anyone know how to take the barrel off a Taurus small frame revolver? a model 94 specifically, I can't figure out how the ell to do it, got everything else taken apart but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to take off the barrel.
Anyone have a C96 for sale?
