But goddamn, look at the AA12. No sharp edges, the design looks fugly.
Just stop...

If you got a gun like the AA12, with nearly no recoil, with no sharp edges and moving parts, where's the fun? If the Saiga had wooden grips and stock, it would be absolutely awesome and perfect.
Hey guys, what's a bullpup configuration for a firearm?
That's where the mag is situated behind the trigger, like an aug.
Oh ok.

Bullpup, in laymans term, is a gun with the reciever and firing action placed in the rear of the weapon, but with the trigger usually located in the front. (In the above image, the trigger system is moved forward)
If you're buying/building a bullpup configuration, it's a kit or a job that allows the gun to function like a bullpup, without the expense of buying a bullpup firearm.
But what advantages does the bullpup system bring to a weapon?

Edit:
That's right, douchebag, it's got a fucking billion sights and it's got a bolt handle when it's not bolt action, and it's unloadable.
Now you don't have to reply!
It IS fake but I thought it looked pretty cool plus it is a gun.
Another Edit:
Before replying, acknowledge the fact that I made it in 5 mins and took no care or interest into realism.
If you already have replied and complained, please take the time to jump out of your chair and scream: 'I AM A FAGGOT!' Before sitting the hell down again. :colbert:

Reduces size while maintaning barrel length. I can't say anything about accuracy(they are watching), but I can tell you it's a bit different to reload, but that's something you get used to.

Can't load that gun.
But what advantages does the bullpup system bring to a weapon?
Shorter overall profile while maintaining a full-length barrel.
Makes it easy to transition from fighting in close quarters to out in the open.

I know, it's 100% fake :colbert:
Can't load, can't adjust stock, you got three flipup sights and two of them are up even though you have a reddot or something like that. And only bolt-action guns have bolt handles like that.

It looks hilarious, especially considering you couldn't pull the bolt back beacuse of the scope rail.
Reminds me of that revolver with the barrel pointing backwards.

Well, there's already a bolt on the gun, and you can pull it but only for pull and release (pull back to load a round in the chamber, or to unload a round that wont fire), right over the stock there.

The only reason the AA-12 has no recoil is because it weighs twice as much as the Saiga loaded.
