my dad just picked this up a few weeks ago, in a few years It will be mine when I get my carry permit. Its in .45, and its amazing :D

Your dad should have gotten a HK Mark 23. Best gun I've ever owned. My only real gripe is that to fire it rapidly, you have to use a high-end method of gripping it, and sometimes the slide will pinch my skin if I don't hold it perfectly.

That's a Nexus II silencer. You can get them in different finishes, too.

You would expect a pistol the size of a Desert Eagle to have a capacity higher than 12.

Yeah, my bad :)
I wish I could get a sound supressor for my GSG 5, it has the threads and everything, But those damn Class III's.

Just get one of the barrel extensions that looks like a supressor.
Also, first gun purchase as an adult. Fuck yeah exercising my rights:

Fits conveniently in a double pistol case.

Thats not generally considered the proper way to hold a vert grip anymore, by the way. It allows for too much lateral movement during firing.
Proper way:

Allows you to stabilize the weapon laterally with the thumb area of your hand.

I don't care if its a Gay-Kay or Tactic00l, Its sexy in my eyes
It's not that bad to me. I would prefer a different rear grip and stock but that's just a personal preference.
Am I the only one who appreciates revolvers?
Am I the only one who appreciates revolvers?
No. I desperately want a Single Action Army.
If I was american, I would own so many guns :saddowns:
Just get one of the barrel extensions that looks like a supressor.

I bought the GSG 5P for a Reason...
Am I the only one who appreciates revolvers?
The only revolver I would ever even consider buying is the SAA.
Otherwise I'm just not into them.
I've heard good things about those Kel-Tec carbines you got there, TimeBomb.
I've been looking at the Kel-Tec RFB myself, I like the concept.
Am I the only one who appreciates revolvers?
Nope.
I'm planning on my first handgun being a revolver.
I have yet to find a revolver that accepts silencer EXCEPT for the Mosin 1895. Awesome gun.
It is possible to thread the barrel on a revolver so it would accept a silencer or a muzzle brake, but the big question is finding a silencer that would fit correctly on it, something like that.
[editline]11:33AM[/editline]
Me personally, avoid doing that and don't bother.
Am I the only one who appreciates revolvers?
I damn well fucking appreciate wheel guns. Seriously, I want a S&W 29 with a six inch barrel and walnut grips in the worst fucking way. Especially after shooting a 629 of the same barrel length. 6 inches, if you ask me, is the optimal barrel length for .44 magnum.
Snubnose .38s are hella cool. As a matter of fact, the very first pistol I fired was one.

Gonna build me a semi auto PPSH.
The gun's a Polish PPSH 41 variant, all matching, and complete minus a trunnion and a barrel and obviously the receiver.
Does it use 7.62 ammo? Personally I think it's more worthwhile to get a Finnish Suomi M31. I know they're not the same gun, but they do make them in 9mm and they have a wider variety of ammo

The PPSH is a thousand times cooler and 7.62x25mm is cheaper.
The 1895 seals the chamber when firing. Most revolvers lack this and therefore gases escape at the back, making the sound impossible to silence.
I was wasting time thinking about it and trying to come up with possible reasons why some people hadn't done it.
Well thanks for solving that riddle.
So someone took the stock off a shotgun and tied it to... I'm guessing a .22 rifle. I'd call that a candidate for most impractical gun ever, but then again someone DID try to make a RPChainsaw

Just ordered my first gun. Mosin Nagant 91/30 with 40 rounds.
Getting it next week. Pretty excited, but I've never fired a gun before, this is going to be fun.

I don't even understand the purpose behind the RPC. Why shoot a chainsaw at the enemy and maybe shred someone's limb or two when you can blow them up into fucking pieces?

That's pretty rad. I've always wanted to mount a flare launcher to an AR15 or AK, but shitty CA laws only allow that if you put on a bullet button (which personally is not my cup of tea). I guess my only choice is a 10/22 with a RIS system.

Be sure to remove all the cosmoline from the gun BEFORE firing. And if you get a sticky bolt there's instructions on how to remedy the problem online.

Same reason they attached sword blades and iron spikes to rockets in the late 1700s.

My favorite weapons that my family owns:

The adjustable stock is awesome on the Mini 14. Our M44 is much lighter, because we sanded it down, redid the bolt, and stained it a tan colour. It looks beautiful.
OKAY guys what's a good AK brand to buy?
Me and my dad are gonna buy an AK soon.
Buy a real one. Don't get east-european/american/chinese bullshit clones.

Izhmash is cool, and so is Yugoslavian, Bulgarian, East German, Chinese, Arsenal, and Polytech.
