Hey americans, what would you pay for a Mauser where you live? In Norway you can get one for 170-180 bucks. :smug:
80 or 90

I could easily get a Mauser for that much or less, but it wouldn't be German. However I could get a German K98k for $300 or so, maybe $250 if I really looked around.
That's bullshit, I've talked to a Norwegian living in Texas.
I got my K98 for $99.99. The really old ones go for about $250.
Hey americans, what would you pay for a good old Mauser 98K where you live? In Norway you can get one for 170-180 bucks. :smug: A moist nugget goes for around 85 bucks. :keke:
This is when you start informing me of how to purchase mausers.
A moist nugget goes for around 85 bucks. :keke:
My Moist Nugget was $49.99.
My Moist Nugget was $49.99.
Saw an all-matching, Tula Arms M44 in great condition at a gun show for $50.00. It even came with all the trimmings and 40 rounds of ammo. Didn't buy it though. One nugget is enough.

And I doubt that Mauser is a German one. Probably a shitty slav refurb, yugo, or an israeli. But yeah a nice German one with mostly matching parts goes for around $300ish

All the mausers not imported by private persons or companies were sent or made here under order by the Wermacth.
Uhh bro, Israeli Mausers are German, "Slav refurbs" are German, and some Yugos are refurbished German Mausers.
I don't mean they aren't "German" but they are hand me downs. There's differences in cost for a "pure" German mausers compared to others
I don't mean they aren't "German" but they are hand me downs. There's differences in cost for a "pure" German mausers compared to others
lol THEY WERE TAINTED BY HANDS THAT WERE NOT OF THE MASTER RACE But regardless they're still German in origin, and a lot of these "hand me down" rifles cost more than your average German K98k.

Last one I saw was a run of the mill 91/30 for $150.
Does anyone know if they'll sell firearms to an Autist? Edit: You guys are no fun.

But even nuggets over here in Commifornia go for $99 at Big 5 or something. Even the swanky gun store in Newport Beach has them for under $120.
is it me or did loads of gun threads come out after modern warfare 2 ?
lol
is it me or did loads of gun threads come out after modern warfare 2 ?
I didn't realize MW2 turns people into firearm enthusiasts and experts. This isn't your stupid kiddy discussions comparing the DEEGUL to the GLAOK 18, so I honestly don't see where you got that idea.
image[/IMG] Fuck yeah
I'm just going to be completely honest. That looks like absolute shit. It is pretty useless too, unless you live in an area with alot of dust/sand. Ordering an entire new stock and shroud/upper just for a new color was pretty retarded. Unless, that upper was some major upgrade. Also I owned that same exact stock before, for my Colt AR-15 and DPMS AR-15. It sucks ass compared to the original. I sold it for really cheap on Gunbroker.

It's an AR-15, grown man's Barbie. It's his gun, he can buy what he wants.
Ordering an entire new stock and shroud/upper just for a new color was pretty retarded. Unless, that upper was some major upgrade.
"just for a new color"? What? It's completely different compared to the one above it. Different front sight block, shorter barrel length, and that RIS isn't using a delta ring. Even if it was exactly the same, it could be a entirely different twist rate.

The upper is also almost completely different, different gas block, different rail system, different barrel, different flash hider, almost everything is different. The color is just my personal taste. I like two tone ARs and I'm planning on duracoating my other upper.
I guess I'll post my rifles. Colt AR-15 Springfield Armory M1A
That Garand made me cringe... Put the wood stock back on.
Springfield Armory M1A
Am I the only one who dislikes that particular body on the M1A's? [editline]07:52PM[/editline] Apparently not.
Considering the M1A isn't a Garand and that particular one didn't come with a wood stock, but rather a synthetic stock I'll be keeping the Sage EBR stock on it. The M1A is essentially a civilian legal M14, lacking the selection switch for Auto/Semi seen on the right side of the bolt. And if you don't know the differences between an M1 and an M14 I'm not gonna be bothered enough to tell you. You can do a little bit of homework and look it up for yourself. If I had an M1 Garand I would keep the wood stock on it because I love the classic look of it, and the historical significance of that rifle.
Oh, I didn't see that there was a place for a magazine. And yes I know the difference.
I need to update this pic.
