Anywhere from $700 to $3,000. Price varies greatly based on make, model, year, condition etc.
A good shooter condition C96, probably 1930s or Post WW1 production with some mismatched parts and a decent bore will cost $700 to $1,000. An all matching one of the same year/make in good condition is usually $1,000 to $2,000.
This is just around here though.

And I'm out.
Someone needs to reproduce those fuckers.
You are jealous because if any country wanted to over run you they could with the ease of there being absolutely no guerrilla warfare from the citizens.
Just like in World War 2.

I have a .22 if that counts as a gun. Do you really think that only people who don't have firearms are against civilians owning full-autos, grenade launchers, and tanks?

And that has to do with what? I find it kinda odd that they gave guns to mentally ill people since they paid $50 for a range membership though.
I have a .22 if that counts as a gun
Of course it does.
Sick of people thinking .22s are harmless.

Apparently not by him, my opinion is invalid as I haven't ever shot a gun. (If shotguns don't count as firearms too though)

eh
It'd be fun for dicking around on the range. I hope you have regular magazines.
Also what brand.
I've got three 7 rounds mags and one 8 round. It's a Charles daily, but it has a match grade barrel and trigger as well as ambidextrous and extended everything.
I have an idea. Lets stop arguing about the Second Amendment and talk about guns.
I don't think i'd want to own an RPG-7 under current laws.

eh, suit yourself...

Are there anything like Gunshows in Norway?
The closest thing I know of is whenever the army shows off their weapons, and all you get to see then is the aG3, HK416, P80 (our Glock), MG3(or 42, can't remember), M72, MP7 and the Barret M82a2
Sometimes they also show off the F2000, C8 and G36 too, since those weapons where alternatives for the aG3 before the army settled on the HK416.
Where would this thread be without the 2nd Amendment?
anyone own any Dominion Arms guns?
I'm really liking the shotguns and wanting to get one gotta see if its worth it though.

Shansei in China actually has been making reproduction .45 ACP and 9mm magazine fed Mausers. They're actually very nice.

Those two look pretty damn awesome.
Like the idea of a long detachable magazine on a pump action.

As awesome as a .45ACP C-96 sounds, they just don't look right. Unless i'm looking at something different.

The Shansei? It just looks like a slightly bigger C96. Personally I think they're sexier, better finish, bigger mag and better grips.

2nd Bold.
Lets see how well some shitty 9mm pistol fares against a troop in kevlar amy standard, yeah, I can see who wins in this situation, and Semi's can never compete with autos
So uh
Would you mind explaining to me what exactly makes automatics so much more deadly?
PS it isn't good gear and weapons that win wars, it's strategy and tactics. Look at The Philippines, Vietnam, Iraq, Afghanistan, et cetera.

The magazine well extends past the trigger guard too far.
I know that's a bit of a bullshit complaint but it really bothers me. :v:

Box magazine-fed Remington 870, from the looks of it.
All 3 of those are pretty wicked, but I wouldnt want to have to spend another $200 on top of the list price to own em..

why would you spend another $200?
Tax stamp?

then again miniature version with .410 and slightly rifled barrel ála taurus judge...

Short barreled shotgun, needs tax stamp.
So I just dropped a little cash on a Taurus Raging Bull, .44 mag with six inch barrel. Because of the ports, it's an easy shooter. Recoil isn't that bad. Fun gun to shoot. My problem is, I'm only moderately experienced with pistols. I have shaky hands which makes it a bitch to aim that beast. Before you ask, no I didn't just go out and buy because it was cool and I knew nothing about pistols. I've been shooting with handguns for a while, I'm just not very good at it. I know I need to practice, but do you guys have any tips for steadying my hands or any good practice exercises?

Pressing your shooting hand into your support hand helps stability for me.
Im thinking of getting a gun, what would be a good starter gun?
Im thinking of getting a gun, what would be a good starter gun?
A tank. :frogdowns:
A tank. :frogdowns:
you've done nothing but spam this thread with useless arguments, shut up.
but MEOW, I'd say a .22 would be a good starter weapon, you can learn how it works, it has cheap ammo and there's not really any recoil, plus it's a ton of fun to shoot.
Im thinking of getting a gun, what would be a good starter gun?
Ever fired one before? If not, get a 10/22 if you want a rifle, a Ruger MKII if you want a pistol, and an 870/M500 if you want a shotgun.
Kind of a big jump from .22 to 12GA but 20GA is useless.
If you're loaded you can buy a semiauto 12GA. A nice one will have almost no recoil because the force works the gun.
Im thinking of getting a gun, what would be a good starter gun?
Before you get a gun, the first thing you should do is familiarize yourself with how they function. You don't necessarily need to learn everything about them, just the key mechanic fundamentals, how to operate them, proper safety, that kind of stuff. I'd suggest you get a basic .22 rifle like a Ruger 10/22 or a Marlin model 60 as your first. Both the rifle and the ammunition is dirt cheap, and it's good for practicing with and building up your skills.
