Not for the most basic of basic licences I beleive. Being a member of a gun club, or going shooting/hunting is reason enough. Not everyone has to be a farmer or gamekeeper.
The most basic of basic of licenses is a shotgun license.
My father has a luger from WW2 with ammunition. He says he keeps it for the case of a zombie apocolypse.
The most basic of basic of licenses is a shotgun license.
Which is pretty relaxed. I mean, yeah, sure its strict, but not as strict as people think. You need only be 12 for your own one I think, and you can have a joint one with an adult if your under 12. You don't have to be a farmer or a gamekeeper or w/e to have one either. Regular shooting, clay pigeon shooting, hunting, gun club are all valid reasons. What does confuse me though, is air rifle/bb rifle legislation.
I wish i was legaly allowed to have a gun.I can only dream about it..... Flooking german gun laws!
I wish i was legaly allowed to have a gun.I can only dream about it..... Flooking german gun laws!
Don't you just need to get a license.
I have one sentance for the greatest gun ever invented...... Eight barrled grenade launcher. I am finish.
I really want a shotgun for my wall.
I have one sentance for the greatest gun ever invented...... Eight barrled grenade launcher. I am finish.
Fuck that. 12 rounds of 40mm fun. Bitch.
Oh you're lucky then. They usually run twice that retail. Then again it is still made in China. Have you had any problems with it? I don't know what people think of the Norinco 1887s and 1897s although I know people like their 870 clones.
I bought it used, which is probably why. Most of my firearms I buy used, as long as they are in good condition. Saving $200 while the gun suffers just a few scratches is definitely worthwhile IMO. I've had no problems with it, and the pump is amazingly smooth compared to my other shotguns. I've seen a few people that didn't like them, but I've seen a lot more people that just love them. I guess if you're in the mood to spend some more $$$ you could buy a genuine Winchester 1897, they sell them on Gunbroker with the buyout price around $400, however most of them are the long-barreled hunting models, not the trench or riot models. And their 870 clones aren't that bad at all, I have one of the Norinco 981's with the High-Viz sights on it, it ran me $200 new. But you can get a Maverick 88, one of which I also own, for like $20 more IF that. Both of them are cheap reliable shotguns, and I threw a Top-folding stock w/ pistol grip on my Maverick, and just kept the Norinco stock. I guess this one boils down to the old Remington vs. Mossberg fight, except now it's Remington clone vs. Mossberg clone. My Maverick and Norinco (981, not the 1897) are pretty much the shotguns I abuse the most, that way if something happens I don't ruin my good 870 or 11-48 (Mohawk 48, very old) or my TOZ. I love my TOZ though, no doubt. One of the better shotguns I've fired. Even though it is an Over/Under, it was the first shotgun I owned, and I put 2 improved cylinder chokes in that thing, I fire slugs, buckshot, birdshot, ANYTHING from it. http://www.impactguns.com/store/EAA-981.html This was the 981 I have, they've been Out of Stock for awhile though. http://www.impactguns.com/store/049533310460.html Here's the Maverick I purchased, it has been modified with the top-folding stock, though, and I bought mine from a local dealer. http://www.impactguns.com/store/norinco_shotguns.html#15420 Here's a link to Norinco shotguns if you want to take a look.
Hk is better than FN!!!
Hahaha. Yea, fucking right. [editline]01:39PM[/editline]

Fucking stupid concept. Unless it holds 20 rounds, it's completely worthless and doesn't even begin to compete with the five seven. Not to mention, magnum research quality is very very spotty.

Soviets sure didn't put any plastic shit in their guns, my Toz .22 feels a lot more solid than any western counterpart in the same pricerange, if there even were any cheaper ones at the time. [editline]05:54PM[/editline]
Fucking stupid concept..
Also the fugly gold-tigerstripe and punisher logo make me cringe.
Fuck theres some fellow /k/ommandos in this thread. How else would you be talking about deagle brand deagles.
I'm pretty sure that didn't originate on 4chan. Because I've heard it elsewhere a looooooong time ago.
It is a troll picture and apparently it worked pretty well on you two.
When it comes to guns you can never know.
Hk is better than FN!!!
Fuck no, FAL will always dominate the G3 as a battle rifle.
Fuck no, FAL will always dominate the G3 as a battle rifle.
m1 garand is the king of all battle rifles. [editline]06:35PM[/editline] well it was old man like me can only dream back to debya debya two
m1 garand is the king of all battle rifles. [editline]06:35PM[/editline] well it was old man like me can only dream back to debya debya two
Oh, back in my day we used muzzleloaders! And fighting was done in lines, not running around the woods like a bunch of poor and irish peasants.
m1 garand is the king of all battle rifles.
I beg to differ. The FAL would win any day. The Garand is a nice rifle, but its ammo capacity is a set back. 20 7.62x51 vs. 8 30-30
Do you even know what a SMG is? I... guess .50AE is a pistol cartridge. But we both know that isn't what you meant. [editline]03:02AM[/editline] Also I've always wanted me one of them 1897s with the heat shield and bayonet lug. They go for like $500 around here.
is a sub machine gun not a gun that shoots pistol rounds? Because i was just wondering if some one made a fully automatic firearm that shoots .50AE rounds...
is a sub machine gun not a gun that shoots pistol rounds? [sp] Which we think you probably did [/sp]
And with the "Hk is better than FN" thing, it was only my opinion calm down
Fucking stupid concept. Unless it holds 20 rounds, it's completely worthless and doesn't even begin to compete with the five seven. Not to mention, magnum research quality is very very spotty.
Because that picture is completely serious.
You said .50cal, we assumed you meant the .50 the Barret m82 fires. [sp] Which we think you probably did [/sp]
oh, i meant the .50AE sorry
oh, i meant the .50AE sorry
.50AE is a useless round.
.50AE is a useless round.
im not thinking about getting one, im just wondering. now will someone answer my question
.50AE is a useless round.
Not for silhouette shooting. Or as a penis extention for plinking and making the guys at range envy you. [editline]06:53PM[/editline] I don't think that there is, SMGs aren't made for the civilian market apart from those civ-legal versions. There is no need for .50AE SMG in LE/Mil, short rifles are used if power is needed, and .50AE would probably be horrible to control at full-auto.
im not thinking about getting one, im just wondering. now will someone answer my question
Doesn't exist. [editline]02:09PM[/editline]
And with the "Hk is better than FN" thing, it was only my opinion calm down
your opinion at this moment is very uneducated
In other words no, there are no .50 AE SMGs and there never will be. The closest thing to a select-fire gun chambered in any large handgun round is the M2 carbine (since there are a couple handguns chambered in .30 carb.) and by definition that's closer to an assault rifle than anything. Magnum rounds while fun to shoot and useful against large animals are simply too impractical for military service and civilian markets can't have full-auto weapons (usually), if they could I doubt anyone would make a full auto magnum weapon either since the cost of feeding such a beast would be very steep.
I beg to differ. The FAL would win any day. The Garand is a nice rifle, but its ammo capacity is a set back. 20 7.62x51 vs. 8 30-30
30-06 :eng101:
i already answered his question and the answer is probably yes there is nothing stopping you from making a .50 GI upper for an AR15
