It would be weird if pistol grips were illegal
Welcome to california.
Well guess what? Norwegian police forces used US Carabines until the '90s.
The M1 Carbine? Israeli police still use them.
I think we ought to repeal the second amendment
I think we ought to repeal the second amendment
I respect you opinion, but I disagree.
The M1 Carbine? Israeli police still use them.
Some SWAT teams still have them in their inventory. Same with Thompsons.
I want one
So anyways Campin Carl what guns do you own?
2 Krags (both are sporterized) a Mauser chambered in .30-06 and very soon, a Contender with .357 barrel
I want one
It would be super easy to lose though, plus it looks like a toy. It is cool, but still. When would you actually need that?
He got my attention when he transformed the box into a gun and into a box again, it looks neat. One of the few things I will give magpul credit for. "taking out the trash, walking the dog" "gets nasty, get down to business"
If a S&W 500 isn't too interesting, you can buy a Taurus Raging Bull It's badass too. It can come with the following type of ammunition: .218 Bee .22 Hornet .223 Remington .30 Carbine .41 Magnum .44 Magnum .454 Casull .480 Ruger .500 S&W
Got my Contender today :neckbeard: It's huge.
I want one
looks like something out of mass effect
/k/ommando first class reporting.
I spend way too much time on /k/. That's why you don't see me here much anymore.
Who needs guns when you have a NOVINT FALCON?
Classtrip tomorrow, we're going to Elverum Technical to look at the weapons the Norwegian army uses and then we are going to Åmotsfors in Sweden to visit Norma and look at the their production and their weapons museum.
So do we have any Nutnfancy lovers here or does everything else think he's just a blowhard mall ninja?
"Nobody who's ever faced down a coastal grizzly has ever wished they had one more round of a weaker caliber." Advice from an old Alaska native and hunter I know. ETA: Back when he still lived there he carried an 03A3 and a Ruger SBH in .44 Mag... looking back, he's afraid in retrospect and wishes he would've carried something bigger.
I remember a few pages back Dr. Mortican was recommending a .454 Casull and some hardcast ammo to a bear hunter as a back-up weapon. Apparently it took almost an entire six round cylinder of .44 mag hollows to drop a brown bear. Goddamn, tough bastards they are.
If a S&W 500 isn't too interesting, you can buy a Taurus Raging Bull [img_thumb]http://i56.tinypic.com/24wzrk4.jpg[/img_thumb] It's badass too. It can come with the following type of ammunition: .218 Bee .22 Hornet .223 Remington .30 Carbine .41 Magnum .44 Magnum .454 Casull .480 Ruger .500 S&W
I have a Raging Bull in .44 mag, six inch barrel. I like it, it's easy on the hands; it's got a nice, big soft rubber grip and a ported barrel. It's obviously heavy and a bit unbalanced but anyone more experienced than I with big six shooters probably wouldn't mind. The only thing I don't like about it is the iron sights. It has the U-notch sight, all metal, no fiber-optic tip or the like. To me it's hard as hell to see what I'm aiming at. I'll likely replace it for better irons or maybe a low power scope though, so it's all good. Can't beat it for the price, hard to find a .44 under $600. Only problem is that Taurus is hit and miss. They have terrible quality control from what I've heard. I've gotten lucky with a .45 and .44 and I'm not chancing a Taurus again. Don't want to shell out money and end up with a lemon. My recommendation is save up for an S&W or Ruger or anything else really. Or try and find a used Taurus on Gunbroker, make sure the seller knows how it shoots and any problems it may have before you buy.
So do we have any Nutnfancy lovers here or does everything else think he's just a blowhard mall ninja?
His reviews are good, I just strongly dislike fuck-knuckles who run around in tactical gear with no actual purpose for it.
I can't even stand his reviews, they're just so damn long.
I think Nutnfancy is a cool dude, he makes nice, in depth reviews, although I don't really watch his run 'n' gun stuff anymore unless it has a particular gun that I fancy in it.
His reviews are good, I just strongly dislike fuck-knuckles who run around in tactical gear with no actual purpose for it.
fun is a purpose

nutnfancy is annoying
Personally I like Hickok45 and Iraqveteran8888.

When their stuff works its fantastic and has some neat design ideas but it's a game of Russian roulette when it comes to their quality control.
Personally I like Hickok45 and Iraqveteran8888.
I love Hickok45. Something about badass old people is just cool.
Hickok is fucking awesome because he does shit no one else has the balls to do.
So do we have any Nutnfancy lovers here or does everything else think he's just a blowhard mall ninja?
His earliest vids were decent reviews, but jeez now he has videos that last longer than most TV shows...
So do we have any Nutnfancy lovers here or does everything else think he's just a blowhard mall ninja?
He's okay, just skim through his videos and you get the idea.
Rate me late But now I want one.
Rate me late But now I want one.
Too bad that thing costs like 1k and the extension tube is 80 bucks. Although to be honest if I had a shotgun with an 11-round tube capacity I don't think I'd be able to hold it on target.
