I've never been able to listen to DWP for more than a song or so, but I listened to the whole Zombie EP the other day at my friends, it wasn't amazing, but it wasn't painful.
I like the first riff in escape, which is really hard driving
didnt like anything else.
my friend who likes this band said it's the best thing they've ever done, I couldn't get into it
which is a shame because I love zombies, oh well

They're not screamo (hardcore punk subgenre), they're not hardcore punk, and they're not death metal.
They're metalcore. That is all. Nothing more, nothing less. A generic metalcore band that sounds like everything else.
