You have a severely weakened level of self-confidence and think the whole world is out to get you. I know exactly how you feel.
I got bullied the whole of high school. And yes... I've had girls and hot girls laughing at me in my face.
It hurts at first, but then you toughen up. Or though you might end up with social phobia and spend most of your day infront of the computer like I do.
Anyways... your face... don't worry... it will shape itself while you grow. My cousin used to have a head like a melon upwards but it's all even and normal looking now.
For your own mental health go to a gym and buff the fuck up. It will boost your ego and you will be able to conserve friends and not end up like me.
