Should've redone the intro

run forest, run
Forrest Gump theme.
missed perfect opportunity to pan to the ship crashing into the giant screen. i was expecting it and severely let down when it didn't happen
Wasn't really getting a Futurama feel from it, just felt like a generic Disney style scifi city with the Planet Express ship in it. For me the best part about NewNewYork was the buildings where the same shape as normal buildings, but with antennas and shit added to make it look all cliche and spacey. [t] http://www.thehollywoodnews.com/wp-content/uploads/Applied_Cryogenics_building.jpg [/t] Also the ship moved really weirdly.
futurama doesn't exactly translate well to this hyper-realistic animation style [t]http://uploads.neatorama.com/images/posts/202/51/51202/1345025606-0.jpg[/t] [t]http://infinitefiction.com/blog/ifblog/uploads/2013/05/real-life-Professor-Futurama-Hubert-J-Farnsworth.jpg[/t] [t]http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-NHXHXUkQqkA/UClQTf0NnGI/AAAAAAAADVE/i-pTEh83pXo/s1600/Real+Life+Futurama+-+Kif.JPG[/t] [editline]16th July 2014[/editline] it would be one weird movie if they ever made something like it though
[t]http://infinitefiction.com/blog/ifblog/uploads/2013/05/real-life-Professor-Futurama-Hubert-J-Farnsworth.jpg[/t]
This guy looks awesome, even though I can't imagine him sounding anything like Farnsworth.
This guy looks awesome, even though I can't imagine him sounding anything like Farnsworth.
Yeah he'd sound more like that scientist feller in Despicable Me.
Is The Planet Express ship meant to look like a rustbucket?

J. J. Abram's Futurama
a lot of futurama scenes are already done in 3d this is more like a different take on the style, not just 3d
That style and the look of New New York is so.. Unsettling..
Amazing but I'd rather just another animated Futurama movie. However, It's such an amazing show though, it's best that it dies that way, rather than ending up like the Simpsons. Perhaps its better it stayed dead, so it never ever gets massively shit on.
let's see leela
It's fan art, it was never going to be a movie.
of course, considering it wasn't longer I really doubt it would ever be made into one even if they had the time and money was more thinking hypothetically I guess
I found this way too busy and I would definitely not watch a whole movie done in this style. Also, it bears pretty much Zero resemblance to Futurama at all.
Is The Planet Express ship meant to look like a rustbucket?
thats electric mucus for your information [editline]16th July 2014[/editline]
Amazing but I'd rather just another animated Futurama movie.
Also the ship moved really weirdly.
It didn't bank while it was turning, looked like it was moving on rails, and seemed to straighten out abruptly It's not perfect, it's a little too crowded and doesn't resemble futurama much, but considering it was made by (as far as I can tell) one guy, it's pretty damn good
