woah man factory new
CS:GO was the first place i even heard about this gun, i didn't realize how fucking awful it was irl
Proprietary shell size?? Seriously?
Proprietary shell size?? Seriously?
South Africa came up with some weird shit man. For example, Cobray once decided women needed a gun to defend themselves around the house. Thus, they developed the Lady's Home Companion, an enormous revolver based on the infamous Street Sweeper, chambered in .45-70 Gov't and weighing almost 4kg.
I can't get over the fact it's from "Techno Arms" and it looks perfectly set to be in the lead actor's hands for an synthwave-laden 80s movie. South Africa always makes the weirdest small arms.
Proprietary shell size?? Seriously?
Not that I know much about reloading, but I assume it'd be pretty easy to cut down a shotshell by 10mm over having to get the molds for some obscure and extinct generic bullet caliber.
I think this is the most cyberpunk shotgun you can buy. Even the name is perfect, Techno Arms MAG-7, it's radical
I'm a little disappointed now that my beloved Swag 7 is shit irl.
is this the gun in question? It look similar to a striker
That's because it is. A striker chambered on 45-70. Held 10-13 rounds of it too.
is this the gun in question? It look similar to a striker
The Stryker is basically the street sweeper
The Stryker is basically the street sweeper
No, it IS the street sweeper. Just different names for it. Like DAO-12.
the thing i love about south africa weapons is that they managed to build the most unusual shotgun i've ever seen

South African weapon designs are so strange. It's like they got John Browning and got him high as fuck and had him design some guns. Sometimes they turn out p. cool though. [t]http://www.imfdb.org/images/2/25/Vektor-cr21-1.jpg[/t] [t]http://www.imfdb.org/images/0/02/Paw20.jpg[/t]

Mechanically, it's basically the same as the good old AK platform, just in a funky polymer bullpup shell.
No, it IS the street sweeper. Just different names for it. Like DAO-12.
Not exactly, street sweeper is a version to comply with American gun laws

It's a shame the magazine and pump make this gun fucking garbage. It's right up there with the T Model for uselessness.
i thought it was a sub machinegun when i first saw it in csgo

Their Street Sweeper was based on the Armsel Protecta (or Striker), which was made in South Africa, and was a bit better than what Cobray created. (The Protecta could actually eject shells, for one thing.) [editline]17th March 2016[/editline] What I'm trying to say is that being compared to Cobray is a gigantic insult.
