Great White Death of '11 - Life Threatening Conditions - General

Indiana isn't getting snow, just sleet and ice. First an ice storm, now sleet everywhere.

When it snowed here in Arkansas a few weeks back (like a damn mini-blizzard), every dumbass with a car was out, crashing into things and sliding across the ice. One moron flew right in between me and another truck going 40 and slammed his front right tire into a curb. Stopped him pretty fast. I have a 2000 Ford Explorer with 4WD and I felt like a damned hero. At one point there were 3 cars jammed up sideways on a steep hill on my side of the road. Everyone was hopping the median and driving back down the hill. I waited until there wasn't any oncoming traffic, hopped the median, and drove the wrong way down the street until I passed the cars then hopped back over :v:. Rescued my girlfriend, had to defrost the windshield with my bare hand while driving.

Come to fucking Canada for once. We have fuckloads of snow. And today, the temperature is -40 C which is -40 F. Come to Canada. Have fun!

Dropped 3 inches of ice and sleet and counting near St. Louis area. We haven't even gotten any snow. It's just been sleeting all day since yesterday.

Heh, we didn't even get half a inch of snow up here in Colorado. The schools still closed though, because everything is covered in a sheet of ice. I wish we could get a good snowstorm though :saddowns:
