You'd make for a pretty poor hacker and a pretty good target friend. You can run a bat file to disable UAC instantly, no popups or anything. Unless of course you're not hosting from an admin account in which case you're safe. I feel like that's not the case for most of these guys though.

I also found it funny how you say so uncertainly "most RAT's have to be run by an admin". Well gee, if [i]some[/i] RATs didn't require an admin, I guess my original post still makes sense.
