Ask him to show you where he got it from, and then delete the crap from his phone and report that site if it actually was child porn. If you just looked for a couple seconds, it very well could have been simulated CP, where the actress is old enough, but looks young. If this is the case, your friend is a bit fucked, but there's nothing (legally) wrong with that.
