huh ... ? i don't remember anyone giving glowing praise
next time only include kony 2k12
I like the casual feel of it with the cameraman and actors trying to hold their laughter (and failing)
It just looks like a blast and i like watching people have fun.
I'd say that you should spend more time writing dialogue, and have maybe multiple cameras, also tripods or atleast some sort of image stabilisation and overall better camera work.

Also, getting to tens of millions subscribers.. I feel like thats never going to happen on this format, no matter how darned good you get.
You could have solved a lot of the technical issues with doing basic research on google.
"record clean audio with *your camera name here*"
"free video software youtube"
Youtube is just as useful. You can likely find everything you need there.
You can even use youtube as a video editor. upload all your clips as private. Youtube generally does a good job of optimizing your footage. aspect ratio and all.

And also while we're on the subject of good free video editing software. Use something called HitFilm 4 Express. Steep learning curve, but you can create some good stuff on there.
Before picking up a camera and shooting, at least do a minimum amount of research on filmmaking. From what I can tell you put 0 effort into actually making something technically decent and just rushed out to shoot something for the sake of it. Not trying to be nasty here, but there are so many issues and mistakes you could have avoided by just spending a few minutes of your time on google.
