Even renting a high speed camera is expensive I hear.
if you can get it to work the right way, you are in the go.

I think it's this one.

Might as well be this one

These 2 are the only ones that use your case and have a firewire port on them.
You can also get the drivers free from their website.

If you are right (Which I think you are) It is a monochrome camera that films at 15fps at 1392×1040. The 3th one.

So it's a camera for an electron microscope?
Sweet. OP, make a FP logo out of some bacteria or something and post the pics
I just remembered one thing.
High speed cameras has a rotating element on the inside. If I remember correctly, high speed cameras has 2 or more CCD's rotating to capture more frames than a normal camera.
So that means its not a high speed camera. The lens is way too small to collect enough light anyway.
Why can't I ever find cool shit. :saddowns:

How often do you get out?
Sweet. OP, make a FP logo out of some bacteria or something and post the pics
He'd need the rest of it? Electron gun, 'lens' magnets etc.
If this is for an electron microscope, it's useless
I gave up researching chips and shit on unknown boards ages ago. Too many times I'll google it and be spammed by pages of chinese chip wholesalers who won't even supply a datasheet.
God, I fucking HATE that.
"Oh sweet, a PCB with a Z80, a 32K EPROM and some unknown RAM chip, wonder what kind of chip it is..."
*search for chip with number 16C*
*only get results for 17C on Chinese "wholesalers" with no useful information whatsoever*

Because of the red ring
well seeing how you don't have a $60,000+ electron microscope to plug the camera into i recommend selling it on ebay

your camera costs $10,900 new in 2008 holy fuck i am jelly
It was created so the creators of it could watch you jack off at night.

Canada would send hockey players and moose. Both of which are pretty dangerous.

Thank you
You monster.
I'm confused on why you took it apart.
I'm confused on why you took it apart.
to find out what it is?
I'm confused on why you took it apart.
To see what's inside it, obviously.
I'm confused on why you took it apart.
Because he could.
Because he could.
Isn't that why anyone ever takes anything apart?
I'm confused on why you took it apart.
your lack of curiosity disappoints me.

It was actually useful. I searched up cameras that used the pulse inductor from the image below and followed a couple site links to get the answer.

He got it from a local recycler, so chances are it was a work bench, not a sitting bench.
