It isn't even a minority either. There are plenty of areas where the police act like that in the video constantly. These areas also happen to be the most run down of the country, like Detroit, a place we all know for its reputation. It's basically a 24/7 gang war over there.
24 minute police response time lol
They should put our police in england. Fuckin chavs would get beaten down
It wouldn't even be as big of a deal as it is if police were given proper consequences when they fuck up.
I mean, the fact that a school cop got away with killing an unarmed teenager is a perfect example.
What would happen if a passer bye caught police beating an innocent person, then took it upon themselves to stop it? by say shooting the offending officers? ive never heard of this happening but I believe it will happen one day.
In America you would be a criminal for doing the right thing. I remember seeing a video of a Brazilian cop shooting a 12 year old and slapping him. His partner runs up and shoots him in the head for what he did and they call him a hero. There are a few videos of cops stepping in and stopping beatings but no one ever focuses on the good things officers do.

Because it is their duty to do the good things...
