I really don't think it's child porn for one main reason: it's not fucking real. This is basically the same as saying: you killed someone in a video game, thus you are guilty of first degree murder. Okay, first off, Child Pornography is defined as an image or a video depicting a child having or participating in sexual acts. So yes, lolicon can be, and most frequently is, child pornography. Why are we playing the definition game? Why are we arguing? Everything has been settled in this thread already. Lolicon is CP, but it is drawing - so hence, it is not illegal.
