Therefore you can call something child pornography without automatically calling it illegal.

That game is hardly a 4chan meme. It's widely known among the community simply because it's absolutely horrible, incredibly corny and one of the most poorly handled crossover deals between the owner and developer of an IP (nintendo) and another company (philips and the incompetent devs they chose).
It's also used a lot in YouTube Poop, which has a very large community.

At the end of the day, it is drawn, not photographed. It is not real, so why worry? As long as no one gets 'hurt' then fapping to drawings is not an issue. There is no difference than fapping to that pic than doing it to Scooby-Doo. And all you people who are saying stuff about people who do, you should accept that everyone has the right to do what they want to themselves over anything. I don't think the drawing will get mad. Technically, no, Lolicon (and Shotacon) are not child porn. Sure, it features children, but no real children are put at risk in the picture, seeing as its fictional, and drawn.
