You keep thinking that looking at drawn underaged girls is the same as looking at real underaged girls. This is where you're wrong. And all the people who decide these things will tell you exactly the same thing.
They might say it's a gateway, like marijuana to other, more dangerous drugs, but any competent adult, even with morals will tell you that it's two different things.
