I don't think it was that bad, but it could have been a lot better.

You know, cool battles, interesting gothic dystopian setting, [b]black rock shooter[/b]. That's just it, though. BRS was in it, but she played such a small role... She seriously didn't speak a line of dialogue until the last five minutes, and even then...
They kind of left it open for a sequel, and if they do one they might be able to salvage it, but it's going to be a bit difficult to produce a direct sequel without most of the problems the original had.

Yes, related, but not the same thing. People that like anime may like vocaloid, and people that like vocaloid may like anime, but there's probably plenty in both camps that don't care much for the other. In other words, there's enough difference that it warrants it's own discussion.
Not sure why your opinion makes a difference anyway. This discussion thread is for people who like vocaloid, and judging from the way you've chosen to refer to vocaloid as "this shit" you obviously have no place in it.

Even if it was still there, it's not that great a point. It's suggesting something that people that like that thread may also be interested in, but if some one did happen to post a separate thread solely for the discussion of OSU, there would be no reason to complain, particularly from the standpoint of some one not even interested in those things, because it's different enough that it warrants it's own discussion.
Which brings me to my next point: what motivation is there to complain, whether it be about the topic at hand or that the thread was made? Who is it for, and what ultimate purpose does it serve?

There's a new trailer out for the BRS psp game. I'm interested, because it looks a lot like what I was expecting (but never got) from the OVA. There are certains aspects of WRS's design that irk me though.
