How stupid. As often as some police officers are in the wrong, without the police, the world wouldn't be a place you'd want to live in

has anyone who is in this thread watched the video? [editline]10th August 2013[/editline] the guy in the video does make some sense in some of his points but i think what he means is when the police become part of the tyranny and the people forming and joining militias become normal,a higher stage of a revolution occurs... by default clashes are bound to happen also i was looking at some bill of rights/constitution for the masses on the net...THEY FUCKING CHANGED SOME OF THE TEXT I SWEAR TO GOD HOLY SHIT but yeah i believe that when i read from another older text version that if they(cops, federal agents etc) do defy the bill of rights and constitution that you as a citizen have the ability to stop them for example; local town police decide to goto every gun store and confiscate all arms and obtain records to go after the users. you then would have a right form a militia to defend these articles that grant you the right guy in the video needs to re-word his video

He needs more than a rewording.
36 seconds in and I'm already being called a sheep for not thinking that every single police officer is a power-hungry tyrannical shitlord. Then 1:10 to 1:35 aforementioned police officers are being compared to dictators that killed literally millions of people! Great video!
This guy talks big, but I get the feeling that he'd dial 911 in a heartbeat if he came home one night to find his TV or computer stolen.
Towards the end of the video why does he keep stating "you have the right to KILL a government agents who try to shut you up, you have the right to kill government agents who try and disarm you, you don't want searches and seizures, if all else fails you have the right to kill a government agent"? What kind of world does he live in? "Lets just resist arrest and shoot the cop telling me to put the gun down" this man really needs to stop...
This guy is 100% batshit crazy and is probably a "sovereign citizen". He makes unfounded arguments for gun rights: If you have a right to own a gun, and someone tries to unarm you, you have the right to KILL them. He also uses words such as "slave" "fascist" "tyranny" among other others which makes his argument lose any type of justification. Simply put: If you shoot a cop, expect to either 1. Get shot back, and killed. or 2. Go to jail for a very long time without parole. Honestly, if you truly believe the cop is doing something illegal fight it IN COURT, not on the streets. If you fight it on the streets, you will lose. If you fight it in court you, will more likely than not, win. If you want further protection of injustice, do not speak to any officer after being arrested. I would recommend that you answer questions regarding your identity, but nothing regarding the acts you have been arrested for. Remember, anything you say can and will be used against you in court. Nothing you say will help you. It is your right to refuse to answer any questions without a lawyer present.
When people say this I don't think they understand what a police state really is
I think he's referring less to a "police state" and more to "the state of the police." He is right though, cops have been getting a lot of bad publicity lately and they are more trigger-happy than they should be (at least, the ones we hear about are). I still believe that's because a story about a policeman who arrests a shoplifter without incident or helps someone who's just been in a car crash doesn't sell. People just expect that kind of thing to happen. Now, a story about some meathead cop who tries to hurt someone for filming him or shoots something that isn't a threat to him, that kind of thing is out of the ordinary which is why people want to see it on the news. I don't believe any kind of authority deserves inherent trust and respect, but I know my local police officers quite well and I do trust them to do the right thing. They're just people.
He makes a valid point and then says "AND THATS WHY YOU SHOULD KILL COPS DURR"
If there's one thing that instantly will push a man attempting to make a point off a podium, it's using "Sheep" as an insult. For some reason it's always Sheep, too, as if it's the only farm animal on earth. For believing that there's at least ONE police officer out there that is going a decent job, or is devoted for the greater good will get me called a sheep. Generalizing your opponent or enemy is the worst thing for any argument I can think of.
it's like he watched hobo with a shotgun and thought it was a documentary
the riots of 1992 in LA. the battle of seattle in 1999. you people forget pretty quick.
the riots of 1992 in LA. the battle of seattle in 1999. you people forget pretty quick.
in 1992 one guy got beat up and someone got fuzzy footage on an old camera from across the street so a bunch of angry minorities went and killed injured or raped anything that moved and stole or burned anything that didn't [editline]13th August 2013[/editline] it wasn't just cops beating up a black guy either, it was cops beating up a black guy who just led them on a 115 mph chase and then supposedly threw the officers off himself when they attempted to subdue him by standard protocol
the riots of 1992 in LA. the battle of seattle in 1999. you people forget pretty quick.
Just in those two incidents alone, that's a 7 year span. Granted not every case of serious abuse leads to a riot, but I'm pretty damn that sure that if police were actually comparable to the acts of slaughter done by Hitler or Stalin there'd be less than 7 years to the next riot. Before anyone goes out and says "What about Martin" they should do their own research, and not allow a major news organization do it for you.
He makes a valid point and then says "AND THATS WHY YOU SHOULD KILL COPS DURR"
I know. His initial point that there are times when police officers are the ones committing mass killings and what not makes sense, and then he's like "Oh and by the way that definitely means that you should shoot any cop, the only reason you think yours are better than theirs is because you're a sheep."
I'm starting to get sick of how pro-gun facepunch is just because guns are cool. Did you guys even listen to what he said? He makes good points.
I'm starting to get sick of how pro-gun facepunch is just because guns are cool. Did you guys even listen to what he said?
I'm starting to get sick of how pro-gun facepunch is just because guns are cool. Did you guys even listen to what he said? He makes good points.
What does that have to do with being pro-gun at all??????? His video is about straight up murdering cops because of infringing on rights that only exist in the minds of people in bearskin cloaks and raccoon hats.
