this is the advice thread not "to be a defensive baby that ignores any real advice" thread thanks
you're telling me there's literally nothing to do in your town? are you guys both amputees from the waist down like you guys can't even take a walk across town together or something? you're just coming up for excuses so you can feel like you still have a shot if you just keep bugging her
if she really wanted to hang out with you should would have made it happen and suggested an alternative, any alternative. if she was actually interested in you and wanted to hang out with you, the activity wouldn't have mattered in the first place
lol I entirely forgot you got turned down
move on

Where have I turned down anyone's advice. I have only said that I can not do much in my town.
you have turned down advice that you should just give up on this girl and move on, when it really is the best advice
right here
So I am supposed to just agree with everything you say when I think there is a problem? I am listening to what you are saying but the "Go ask to do something you can not do because it is far away" thing does not work.
we said there is stuff to do that's closer, but you are insisting on using the excuse that your town has nothing to do (which is bullshit)

no but you're like aw i like her but you're not making an effort to do anything
Who says I have not moved on?
why the fuck are you posting in here asking for advice on how to ask her out if you've moved on?
[editline]23rd May 2012[/editline]
and ignoring it too
Guys I have no problems.
Advice?
why the fuck are you posting in here asking for advice on how to ask her out if you've moved on?

I wanted to clarify.
And how is it ignoring advice, all you have been telling me is to drop it.
Because it's the best advice.
because she rejected you
even she told you to drop it
[editline]23rd May 2012[/editline]
how much more do you need to clarify things fUCK
Who says I have not moved on?
what?
dude you asked her out less than a day ago and now you're saying that you've moved on but are still asking for advice
no means no man
just
take it
and as long as you have legs and don't have some sort of contagious disease that limits you to your home and only your home, you can always just go for a walk with someone if you want to spend time with them
not that hard dude
You guys act like I am fervently holding on and going "NO I NEED HER."
Well, then why are you here?
Well, then why are you here?

I wanted to clarify.

You guys act like I am fervently holding on and going "NO I NEED HER."
hmm maybe it has to do with how hostile you're getting in reaction to people telling you to just leave the girl alone and move on instead of thinking up ways to get her again
hmm maybe it has to do with how hostile you're getting in reaction to people telling you to just leave the girl alone and move on instead of thinking up ways to get her again
I agreed to move on a couple of posts ago, literally all I have been doing is clarifying on a few things while you assumed.
We clarified.
If you wanted us to know that earlier, why didn't you just say "Yeah I know guys, thanks for clarifying, I've moved on and will try something else next time"?
actually to be honest based on the way you've been posting, you should have said that very explicitly earlier
you keep saying things like "where exactly did I say x?" and "I want to clarify y", which paints you as a very direct person who needs specific details instead of picking up on the tone of what people are telling you
which means when you want to get a point across, we expect you to be direct about it
so how about be direct about it next time instead of dragging it out over 2 pages

I just answered the numerous posts people made about it.

none of those are answers, theyre all questions or points that started up shit
i dont see why it matters what the point of posting in this thread was for you (except wasting our time)
the thing that matters is that you take our advice and drop it with this girl instead of trying to stalk her around like erasus was suggesting
[editline]23rd May 2012[/editline]
(not saying you were planning on doing it, I just want to make sure you dont because thats awful)
Gawd
My cat, Ally, that I've had for twelve years is dying. He's always had asthma, but now he's developed Kidney Disease. He won't eat, he'll barely drink, and he's gotten to the point to where he's just skin and bones. The vet says we only have a few days with him until he passes.
Anyone have any advice/tips for coping with the loss of a feline best friend?
Well firstly don't wait those few days, have him put down so he's not suffering
You guys act like I am fervently holding on and going "NO I NEED HER."
oh my god you are one stubborn 15 year old
Well firstly don't wait those few days, have him put down so he's not suffering
if the animal is suffering then the vet would normally advise putting down, which it doesn't seem like they have done. kidney problems are (unfortunately) one of the biggest health issues with cats, and if this is his time to go then it's best just to let it run its course.
miika, if you don't have many photos of your cat, take some now. even if they're not in the best of health and look worse for wear, still take some because it's better than having none. maybe even a little video if they're in the mood, just a little something for you to remember them by. other than that there's no much more advice to give, of course you're going to be sad, but focus on all the happy times you had together rather than the sadness that now they're gone. you'll always miss them, but this (cliché warning) is just another part of life.
my cat died whilst i was away travelling (she was 19.5, we'd had her since i was 6) and i still get sad when i think about her and how much i miss her. but if you have some photos to look back on and smile at it's always better than having nothing :)
