Guy Mannly isn't a gay dude?
No guy+man see? it's a double negative, cancels out
Guy Mannly isn't a gay dude?
guy mandy? lmao apparently my boyfriend has the same issue as me. there are a ton of girls at his work who were all talking to him and being super nice his first few weeks there, and one of them asked him out and word got out that he has a girlfriend so none of them want to talk to him now.
After finish writing my last exam for summer school at my university, I waited around for my friend to finish. Me and her walk around campus for a bit and chit chat because I had an hour to burn before my ride home. While chilling in the heat, an old floor mate of mine walked by, she did the "call me" thing with her hand but I can see the hesitation in her movement lol she's a really innocent and shy girl... or maybe the fact that she was walking with some new boy of hers. Doesn't matter, little happenings like that make me only think "dammit why did I leave my eyes off my main conversation with my friend about the exam". If I had not looked at that old floormate of mine as she walked by I wouldn't have witnessed that odd behaviour and thus it wouldn't make me feel so uncomfortable.
what?
Where are good places to meet girls? Aside from parties. Me and my friend want to meet someone but like, we're not sure where or how. He works at a Summer Camp and no one there is his age and I work 3AM shifts at work. Neither of us want to meet girls at parties because so far it's always the same few people and they're not for us, usually looking for flings and stuff. Is the mall good or not? Does it look bad to have a 'wingman' or what? We've never done this before but you know, pickings are slim.
Nearly everywhere, personally I always thought that meeting girls at parties was dull and prone to fail. I actually like meeting girls at the university, library or whenever I got to my friends and they invited some girls that I do not know yet. Most of the girls that I met were because of university, sports, friends house and at times some parties. The hard thing is to build up an contact without coming off as a dickweed or weirdo. Simply talking to a random girl often results in an awkward situation. It entirly depends on the girl though, sometimes they might be cool about it. Also having a wingman in this sort of thing is kind of bad. When you both talk to a girl, she might feel that you both are just messing around with her or are not serious about it.
Her username is misleading you dicks!
The mall is a good place to meet chicks. And to check them out too, of course :v:
OK I've posted about my situation in this thread before, There is a girl I work with who likes me and I like her, but every time we hang out she is always talking about the other guys I work with, and barely pays any attention to me when my other co-workers are there as well. However, pretty much every night she asks if I want to sleep over. Maybe I'm just feeling jealous and overreacting to her interaction with the other guys. But she's always talking about marrying them and having kids with them and shit, and who knows maybe she is texting them to "sleepover" every night too. She seems like sort of a player. On the other hand, maybe she is like me and doesn't like showing affection in public and wants to hide it from my other co-workers which is why she doesn't pay much attention to me.
But she's always talking about marrying them and having kids with them and shit,
wat
wat
Well she says it jokingly but it still seems pretty flirty to me. Again.. Maybe I'm overreacting.

That'll force her hand - or give you a better idea of the situation, at the very least.
Sounds dodge to me Electro. Don't play no fucking mind games or do things just to "give you a better idea of the situation". If you like each other, talk to her about that shit. Be honest.
I almost feel like she's trying too hard to make you jealous. But if you haven't slept over with her yet then, and she obviously likes you, it makes sense.
If you like each other, talk to her about that shit. Be honest.
But don't actually say "I like you" because that's the #1 best way 2012 to make shit awkward
Uhhh I'm gonna assume they're past the stage where that would be awkward
there's not a stage where that isn't awkward if you aren't already dating
• Single • Going to a party tonight • Sexy haircut Tips? Haha.
• Single • Going to a party tonight • Sexy haircut Tips? Haha.
Have fun. Or get appallingly drunk, start a fight and violently throw up everywhere. I can guarantee that the girls will definitely be thinking about you after you've left.
don't focus on the girls. just be fun to be around, hang out with dudes just as much as girls, be likeable.
I almost feel like she's trying too hard to make you jealous. But if you haven't slept over with her yet then, and she obviously likes you, it makes sense.
Yeah from my view it looks like she genuinely likes talking to these other guys, shes always calling them and sitting beside them when we go out, etc. The only time she really pays attention to me is at night when she starts texting me. All of the people she flirts with (my friends) are black, and she even openly told me she likes black guys. Anyway, she asked if we can start dating.. I haven't really said anything yet since I'm not sure if I wanna deal with something where I frequently feel jealous.
perhaps you could just tell her what your issue is rather than saying no and leaving her without a chance to fix it
Is it weird that I've started texting with full grammar/spelling because 1) I'm trying to be friendlier 2) BDA is friendly 3) BDA types with full grammar/spelling
Yep, weird and sycophantic.
There's really no reason to unless you're using like an ipod/iphone where it's just as easy to go ahead and type relatively normal.
there's so much daft slang saved into my phone's dictionary now that i can finally type like i talk
So guys i'm in a bit of a predicament and I was hoping you could help me. So I know these group of people. Pretty chill people, nice to hang around. But their views and ideas are not set good with my friend. I don't mind their views, but it gets to my friend, and hes fucking FURIOUS. I'm stuck choosing between some nice cool people to talk to, and a near lifelong friend that's cutting all forms of contact to me in hatred. I don't to lose a friend that I've known for so long to go away. I've played so many steam games with him, so many hours on skype and steam just talking. He's a brother at mind, but not by blood. Please help, I have no idea what the fuck to do.

It's good to keep around friends with a mix of views, you get balanced advice that way.
Fucked if I know, but he seems to think i'm being "stolen". Also I just got an email saying about how he tries to keep people close to him and how he loses them and how im the only one left and all that. The only thing I can gather is that he wants to keep me me, and not want me to change or something.
