Never heard of it. I hate normal liquorish, but I'm open to trying new things. I am part Danish and part Swedish, so I might like it, who knows.
I've had them a few times, you can only buy them at traditional lolly stores here in Australia.
Im from Denmark, and i cant beleive why you dont like this stuff. Silly people outside this vast Skandinavia.
I heard alot about this stuff, gotta try it sometime.
The same thing happens when foreigners have Vegemite. *sadfaec*
Fuck yes, I love Halva and Ifa.
I guess, theres always someone out there that has a taste for whatever is out there.
I fucking love Terva Leijona, and those giant Pirate coins that you can choke on and then those penguin candies you can get on a cruise. I love pretty much every salmiak as long as it's strong enough. Oh and the good old Tyrkisk Peber candies are awesome.
Salmiakki is awesome. I gotta go buy some now.
It's just liqourice with salt, absolutely disgusting.
I hate liqourice like im Francis
Sweden is my country and liquorice is my candy!
It's just liqourice with salt, absolutely disgusting.
It's not food salt, NaCl. It's another salt, Ammonium chloride aka salmiac.
Some good shit there...
Sounds awful
:iia: I should go to the store and get every kind of salmiakki there is, and provide pictures. But I CBA.
I've always thought that the Scandinavians couldn't cook, this just enforces that theory.
I've always thought that the Scandinavians couldn't cook, this just enforces that theory.
We can cook, you just can't eat the stuff we cook, because you haven't grown up with them. As in; Traditions.

In case you didn't know, they dye the candies black. Salmiakki is originally white.
