You can never know. A lot of people learned how to play the real drums by playing Rock Band, so it can only be assumed that, by nature of most peripheral-driven Harmonix games, this one will also transfer into at least some minor real-world experience.
The only reason they can't dance is because there bodies weren't ready.

Microsoft has created the most horrendous kinect promos. The African jungle one was simply the stupidest thing I have ever lied eyes on.
Kinect could be the greatest thing in the history of gaming but they have succeeded in making it look like some kind of anti-manhood patriot missile.
