I made this after looking at the alt code guide on v3 near Mars.

What on earth is wrong with V3? it's completely spam free and it's not like you ever run out of space.
On V3, go to the UNDER CONSTRUCTION road below the Rrerr place, and to the east of the Wonkavator flying. Once on the road, go directly down past then end of the road, past the old man's house and you'll see a hidden quest.
No mercy hospital is being built on V4 at X:-1 Y:1

Honestly, I'm not sure what to do exactly to keep the spammers out, if they ADDED a way for me to add MODERATORS, and THE ABILITY TO SEE PEOPLES NAMES, then I would go out of my way and add everyone, then just kick the spammers.
Like I said in V3, it'd be cool if color coded text(each person is assigned a color) is added.
