Zombies aren't outside reality, But it's less zombie and more infected. I could see some sort of horrible virus or parasite doing it. It's not outside the realm of possibility I suppose. Happens to insects already, and it wouldn't be difficult for Rabies to mutate to something far worse
But walking actual dead people? No

They do that every year around halloween in my home town, Downtown zombie walk. last time there were probably over 500 people all running around the streets in zombie make up

No. Dish network isn't going to have AMC anymore, which in turn means no Walking Dead. They're trying to get people to complain/switch providers because of it. Which to be honest AMC is one of the best channels on tv right now.

If there ever where "Zombies" I'd imagine it would be via a disease that causes insanity, thus it would be like the end of Human Revolution with the crazies running around screaming and punching shit.
