I don't like Facebook because it is too idealistic.

I don't use facebook because I know for a [i]fact[/i] that I would never use it. also second time getting 1000 posts. whoop whoop.

Facebook has done nothing but make my social life better and easier. So I'm not complaining. What is there to lose by having a facebook account?

Everyone in my country uses some sort of national spinoff of facebook. Few poeple here use facebook for national networking.

I have a facebook account, but really don't use it for too much other than chatting with girls. I use Live Messenger to do most of the chatting with friends, but would rather do the IMing on facebook. They just don't like it much.

I dont have a facebook account because everyone at my school is an idiot who posts status messages every five fucking minutes and are friend whores. I hoesntly have maybe 2 or 3 friends that I really know or have added on facebook and I still just keep in touch with them on steam.

I have Facebook so I can communicate with my friends and people from school in an organized way, and that's pretty much it. You don't need Facebook if you don't have a lot of friends.

Facebook is a piece of shit. I hate it. Yet I still use it because I haven't gotten round to getting a phone yet, and no one uses msn anymore.

I made one but they disabled my account without a reason. I'd make another but then I'd have to make a separate email for it alone.

use it. don't use it. i dont give a fuck and nobody else should either.

On a more serious note, I use Facebook because while I do have a phone and use it often, not everyone is as easily accessible. Facebook with my friends is the one guaranteed place I can be sure I'll find a certain person I want to talk to. Most of my friends aren't gamers that I can find on Steam easily. I see a few people who posted they talk to their friends on Steam. Either they go to a school where a lot of people play games or they're lying out their teeth and have online friends who they call 'friends'. For my group of friends, Facebook is just the easiest form of communicating with people right away. Sure, I'd rather call, send a text or meet them face to face and chat, but Facebook just helps the process a lot faster. Yea it's shit, but I use it mainly for communication, I'm not sucked into that Farmville crap.

My friend who drives a 2011 mustang and gets all the bitches doesn't have a facebook.

Almost everyone I know uses Facebook religiously. At work I see co-workers on Facebook when they should be working. I find it useful to keep in touch with my friends, share photos and stuff. Its free, so why not?

Only reason I use it is to sort out rent/bills with flatmates when I'm not there. Other than that, don't see much point.

Facebook would be a much better place if they controlled how much you can post in a day..
