If you're going to Jamaica chances are you won't have enough time to do all what you want to do. In the main cities there are tons of tourist activities because that's what many of the Jamaicans base their income off of.

Jerk Chicken is amazing. Also if your going anywhere near Negril, I would highly recommend going to Rick's Cafe. It's probably only 2 hours out of Montego bay but the cliff divers are worth it.
