Twisting anything to their advantage isn't something they're willing to not do. In rare cases like the KKK dude, and that Stormfront guys son it has been possible to change their views. This is largely down to exposure and showing them "hey, black people really aren't all that bad y'see". But with this kind of guy, who I can only assume picked this ideology up as he grew up I can't see exposure working very well. Stormfront dudes son is a particularly strong example for this case. He was brought up in an environment where he was told x is inferior, y is Satan, etc. And as a result never really had a chance to venture out and be exposed to other groups, for fear of losing his family, big thing for a child. Neo-nazis however seem to largely pick the ideology up from the Internet, they've had plenty of exposure to other groups in society, but still choose to believe they are somehow the "ubermensch" despite this. The most you can hope for from debating them at the least is showing others how wrong they are. But you are still providing them a platform, you are still essentially legitimising them. There's no real answer to converting existing neo-nazis, the most we can aim to do is beat them via attrition of new followers.
