Working at Sears/Walmart/grocery stores is pretty shit because of all the arbitrary rules and such but working for a small local convenience store it's usually much more chill about stuff. Big chains are a pain in the ass about the customer is always right shit while smaller stuff the owner is usually closer to his employees and will probably defend his employees over a bitchy asshole customer (not always the case though, some owners are retarded in how they handle their stores. They usually end up closing because of internal problems tho)
