Gay Chat V11 - Were you expecting something funny? - General

Apparently my jokes about the psats (Americans that are freshman - juniors in high school understand) on tumblr have gotten me 25 followers in 3 days (a big jump up from about 1 or 2 a week if even) and a shit ton of notes on my posts :)

well i just had the most awkward experience ever. This total nerd with serious social skill deficiencies was cursing the party spots on campus. He walks up to a girl I was walking with and is like "yo are you guys dating?" I said no, and this kid starts [/i]interrogating[/i] this girl I'm with. He starts off saying (and this is quoted verbatim) "I know my place and I bow down to my master" and starts like, bowing to the girl, hitting on her in literally the worst possible ways. Like, he asked her which one she perfers: Star Wars or Star Trek, then proceeded to argue with her for like, 5 minutes because he didn't like the answer. Also made tons of blatant sexual innuendos. We get to the main party and this kid starts talking to us about the party scene on campus. The exchange went like this: "Yo you know how I can get laid?" ---> "I mean do you think it'd work if I were to slip her 200 bucks?" ---> Yeah, I'm still a virgin, but I really want to change that but I need help!" --> "I like numbers, you know where most of the girls hang out?" This kid was stone cold sober by the way. Not high, not drunk, just... idk. I didn't know whether ot o feel bad for him or not.

According to that test, I'm Schizotypal. I had no idea what that meant until I read up on it, and it actually scarily describes me down to a tee. Then again, online 'personality' tests are usually silly shit. I remember one of those word association ones told me that I was a secret closet racist :v:

If anything those tests are just good for making you feel validated; petting you on the head and telling you how damaged you are. Everybody wants to be accepted, and have their pain recognized, and it can be comforting to take a test which can tell you that your unhappiness is valid. That you're damaged enough to deserve recognition, without having to conquer your self-worth issues.
