They never bother to add me back. They don't even notice I've removed them. Only further proves how we weren't even friends and how little I meant to them. :/

I have like 80 friends on Steam, and talk to a couple of them very rarely, when they decide to send me a message. It's kind of weird to remember that I mean enough to one or two people that they would see me on a list and decide they wanted to interact with me, even if it's just once ever couple months. Not because "I am not worth love" or some reason like that, but because I just forget that there are other people, and talking to them just isn't a world I participate in. What do people even talk about? I feel like I'm permanently in the ice-breaking stage in all interactions. Probably because I'm really mostly interested in myself, and there's not much to talk about there in everyday conversation, without coming across as self-centred.

Literally half of the people on my friends list are people I met when I ran forum RP games. I've met more gay people through forum rp games than from gay chat threads.

A portion of the friends in my friends list on steam is school friends, the rest are strangers like you guys :-P

And now my steam says I have no games (not evne a 0, just no numbers), no badges and says I'm Steam Level 0.. You start at level 1. Steam Community pls edit: okay it's fixed now but it stayed like that for a good 2 or 3 minutes. Really Steam's servers keep getting shittier and laggier and more worrysome.

So many people add me on Steam its not even funny. I always add anyone who adds me and I hate to remove people because I always feel like a jerk.

I have like 200 Steam friends and I have no idea who these people are lol

One noticed and added me back out of around 30.

I believe that the next week and all the weeks after it until February are going to be some of the most agonizing weeks of my fucking life and there's little to do about it

I am getting irresponsible with my facepunch ratings. I rate every second post now and sometimes I accidentally rate people the wrong thing but don't bother to change it. I used to have a very noble policy on when people deserved ratings. Now I just rate everything. I understand this "ratings don't matter" philosophy better now. With this removing people, I just assume that if someone who I talk to often removes me then they don't want to talk anymore. If I were to go and try and add them again after they finally mustered the courage to remove me they have to do it [I]again[/I] the poor things. So I don't.
