I do too but my brains an asshole and decides to make it overly scary later on, especially while alone at night. Not a great example but after I beat Amnesia, my mind decided one night as I was on the loo at midnight, looking down the stairs, "Hey, remember that monster from Amnesia? What if it was actually walking up the hall towards the stairs right now?", then I get the mental image, I hear the noises in my head, and it's just so like, scary to me. It sounds ridiculous now I talk about but jesus christ I've never retreated to my room faster before in my life. Stupid fears.
