I don't get mechs as anything other than light infantry support units because they have horrible armor / weight and power / weight ratios compared to any sensible design is it just me

Honestly though the only Mech-combat game I got to really play was Chromehounds and that has alot more wheeled and tracked chassis than it does walking ones.

Legs are far more efficient at moving across uneven terrain. That's why robots like Google's Schaft robot has legs and not wheels.

Hendricks is really nice and there's a great (but really hard to find) gin called "Portobello Road" which I absolutely love. Also it's gin, so you're guaranteed to get fucked up on it even if it's terrible.
