The -45 is with the windchill, though.
People should get into the hang of associating wind chill with the real tempurature. Because the wind is there and at some point of exposure you're definitely going to be feeling very close to those temperatures. Coldness is hugely amplified when wind is brought into the whole situation. Windy conditions in a frozen wasteland makes it so much worse.

At those kind of temperature, I'm more worried about cars and machinery rather than the body. Thus using the real temperature. Windchill doesn't affect anything but your body. It could be -20c outside, and your car would start up like a champ, but it'd feel like -40 with the windchill for you, which is really fucking cold. But a -39C without the wind is darned cold for the machinery, 50/50 coolant mix freeze point is -38C. For you it is -45C, which isn't as bad as where it's fucking windy causing a difference of 20 degrees like it does sometimes. There's a use for both. Temperature with the windchill isn't the real temperature, it's just what it feels like to you, the real temperature is what it feels like to everything around you that's not alive. Use them accordingly.
I spent New Year's Eve and Day in bed, sick. I didn't even get to drink, but had all the affects of drinking afterwards.
I spent New Year's Eve and Day in bed, sick.
So did I it's okay c: I sat in bed all warm playing Hearthstone till my cold went away. It came back the next day much worse *sniffle sniffle*
I drank water and ate lotsa rum in lotsa pudding very quickly. This had some mildly entertaining consequences. I thought if you cook alcohol you can't get drunk off of it >:( Also I didn't know it had rum despite the taste being apparently quite strong. I already told this story.
So did I it's okay c: I sat in bed all warm playing Hearthstone till my cold went away. It came back the next day much worse *sniffle sniffle*
If only I could be as lucky, I'd sleep for an hour, wake up, throw up, and go back to sleep.
How do people manage to nap during the day I try so hard to take a short sleep but it just ain't happening
How do people manage to nap during the day I try so hard to take a short sleep but it just ain't happening
The secret for me has been consistent noise, like a TV in another room, and laying still for a really long time without moving. Wearing yourself out helps too if you feel like doing enough kalisthenics/other exercise to the point that you're atleast somewhat spent. I would nap more but I get really cold for seemingly no reason, on the flipside every time I've done so I've gotten lucid dreams the entire time. Pretty cool.
How do people manage to nap during the day I try so hard to take a short sleep but it just ain't happening
I always gets headaches after taking a nap and i don't know why, so i avoid taking naps for that only.
I like how the Canadians scramble over each other to meet a foreigner. Silly Canadians. Also go to Alberta because The Rockies and Banff are the best. Toronto may have the CN Tower, but Calgary has the Calgary Tower! The elevator was made in the 1960's! Also, google just told me it used to be called Husky Tower so doesn't that make it the place to go for furries?
calgary is my favourite place to go when I want to look at poor public transit and cry
I played video games alone in my room all night during new years

It's probably more fun. Then go to Toronto for the shops and downtown stuff. Oh and Toronto does have the larger anime, comic book and various other conventions most of the time. Examples include Anime North, Fan Expo Toronto. Also CNE. I've been to them.
How do people manage to nap during the day I try so hard to take a short sleep but it just ain't happening
Such is the way, some people are able to nap some can't. I probably sleep too much some days.
I like to sleep whenever, sometimes I sleep for hours during the day.
How do people manage to nap during the day I try so hard to take a short sleep but it just ain't happening
Fuck, half the time I can't even get to sleep during the night, never mind napping during the day. My brother can fall asleep at basically the drop of a hat (not narcolepsy, just seems to fall asleep when he wants to), and I envy that.
Ever since I've been taking my depressants, it's made me kinda tired. I used to nap during the day, but now that the holidays are set in it's harder..
New years day and I've just purged myself. Fun.
New years day and I've just purged myself. Fun.
Uh. What? Excuse my ignorance.
Uh. What? Excuse my ignorance.
Everything I ate didn't go down so well.
My new years resolution was to fix my sleeping schedule. I woke up at 1:30 am and couldn't fall asleep again. [sp]:')[/sp]

When I drove to Victoria I stayed in Hope and Kamloops, and Revelstoke on the way back, and it was all very nice. The view of the mountains from Revelstoke reminded me of Skyrim.
I like to sleep whenever, sometimes I sleep for hours during the day.
Heh, my naps consist of hours of sleep. I wouldn't call them naps actually., [editline]2nd January 2014[/editline]
My new years resolution was to fix my sleeping schedule.
I like to sleep whenever, sometimes I sleep for hours during the day.
I could do that but I'm trying to avoid it as it destroys my productivity time. Uh. I do not know if I will have signal again for the next few days. So another temporary possible goodbye!
Just saw The Worlds End Great movie, but I think I liked Hot Fuzz and Shaun of the Dead a bit better. Still the very end where [sp]the alien voice said "Fuck this." made it all worth it[/sp] :v:
I like to sleep whenever, sometimes I sleep for hours during the day.
You sound like a cat.
Hnghh I didn't feel like I got any sleep at all last night, felt like shit my whole shift at work today
I was just told by someone that they were interested in me. Then they told me how they were in a relationship though. Fuck... I mean, it wouldn't be so bad if I hadn't already been very lonely. What a shitty start to the year.
