Just the absolute mediocrity and destitution of their lives and the world around them is funny in itself, from their shitty rundown house and neighborhood to the Dracula theme park right off the side of a busy trashy highway.

I must be the only one that never cared for Adult Swim. It does look like it's got a few good shows, however.
