I got it off GOG and played it for maybe 5 minutes. It's pretty average at best.

EVERYTHING about it is bad. No realism, it's laggy and clunky as hell, no borderless window mode, no brightness level, you literally can't strafe or turn around without a 2 second wait period, you can't store anything, you can't run on any not-flat surface, you can't swim for pretty much all of the early parts of the game or you just sorta instantly-drown, resting is randomised and gives no health benefits and the map system is somewhat of a good idea on paper but it's just so poorly implemented. The graphics are meh at best and there is awful fading so with the Beast that hunts you you might not even be able to see it hunting you until you die (couldn't stand the game long enough to get hunted, to be honest so I don't fully know), the animations are pisspoor and the sound effects are hilariously mediocre. It honestly feels like it's either still in alpha or it's a tech demo or a game from college/uni kids and from liek 2010. [I]-A rant-view by Cat[/I]
