I also used half and half vs heavy cream (cheaper, less cals lol) and cooked for 20 minutes vs 25/35 considering the brownies are no where near as thick as the pictures in that link suggest. EDIT: Also the receipie was made for a cast iron, you'd likely need to adjust cooking times and temps if using normal cookware. Cast irons stay hot as hell and evenly cook throughout even after its out of the oven so part of baking with them is pulling them out early and letting them continue "cooking" in the skillet out of the oven.
