Hilarious Pill?
Hilarious Pill?
Yeah, that'd be him I think :v:
Yeah he's just a negative nancy, ignore him.
I guess that's what DOTA does to people
Yep. I've met people I've known online one on one before and it got kind of awkward like that for a bit (granted... I was also much more insecure with myself at the time and shy, but practice made perfect!), but doing it in a setting like that where its just a big public gathering is great.
But for me it was not only that but meeting and getting to know people I've not really chatted with but have known of forever. At one point I was in a party and suddenly all these people who I knew of online just showed up one after another and it was like an episode of Seinfeld. Or getting a message/tweet from someone going "Oh shit you are here?? lets have breakfast!" and then going out for pancakes. And then throughout the whole thing I kept running into people I knew of or know.
I think what surprised me the most was just how cool everybody was with it. Its easy to dismiss furry conventions as the ultimate in awkward and sad like a brony con or something, but fact of the matter is most of the furs that end up going to cons turn out to be the people who are most comfortable in their own shoes and often times not awkward to be around. A lot of times its people who aren't even that "furry" but just love masquerading in an animal suit for a weekend. It was surprising to me just how normal everyone was and that I didn't feel stupid uncomfortable the whole time :v:. There are definite awkward weirdos that go though don't get me wrong (I remember one guy who was at least 300lbs and wore a skin tight tiger-striped morphsuit and had a jockstrap on the outside). I guess the closest thing you could compare it to is an anime convention - you'll get a lot of "normal people into niche things" that go there and you can meet up with friends, but you'll also get the darker sides there too.
OH and me and my BF met a lot of gay couples we knew of or were friends with for the first time. Its surprising how different they are in person :v: Like one couple I always imagined them to be the epitome of cool and/or suave in person judging by how they carry themselves online. In person one of the two was a actually a pretty "cool dude" type of guy but his partner was literally a short rocket scientist guy who was ginger and pretty nerd-like in looks, which completely took me off guard. Which made things extra cute when they were together :>

I don't hate anyone
I don't understand how anyone could hate anyone on here. To hate means to actively put effort into extremely disliking someone, long term.
Most of us barely know each other. The only way I could understand hate is if someone directly affects someone else outside of this forum.
we are one

Many people don't realize that being too hateful just makes them look like a dick sometimes.

I'm talking to YOU, many friends who have blocked contact with me.

Thanks for the unneeded smug-ass reply.
The champ has returned.

Its needed. You literally do this every day
You come in and then do a long rant, people reply with helpful shit and you either shoot down their comments, backpedal, or straight up ignore and then repeat the next day
I don't have too much to post positively about though. I guess I should improve the quality of my posts however.
I'm sorry

The thing is if you came in and actually listened to people it would be alright but instead it looks like you just want attention.

It's not about having nothing positive to post about. It's about not acting like a child when people call you out on it.
You may have a crappy life, and I'm sorry for you if you do, but the reason people react so negatively to you is because you're stubborn and do the same things over and over again. You never accept ANY feedback that is suggested to you, even when it's something that has no drawbacks for you, and you always act like we don't know what we're talking about, even though I guarantee you that a lot of people here are in the same exact position you are, even worse off. You're not the only one who has it rough, and the others who do don't act like you do, mainly because they take educated steps to try and better themselves.
Try listening to people and stop acting like everyone owes you something, and then people will respond positively.
Played SF4 with some huge black guy, a gigantic weaboo, and some guy wearing all pink and rainbows.
I got my ass kicked suuuuuper hard. Friend's going to come vy , wondering if I'll be able to beat him because he'll be playing in his suit.

Sounds like a condensed version of the internet.
heh im so clever
I've been waning off of my anti-depressants lately too. So understandably I'm going to be a little bit more whiney than usual.
Once I'm off of them completely though and tough out the withdrawls I will probably be in a more motivated position in my life.

Did we not go through this some pages ago for the millionth time?
Seiteki banned kalamari13 for 1 Month in Gay Chat V10 - Posting around at the speed of sound with the reason “Constantly derailing the thread, posting negatively towards other members on their profiles as well. Take some time to turn your life around and stop whining all the god damn time. 1 month. Fix your shit.”
I'm just hoping in vain that something will get through to him I suppose.
Hey seiteki do you know where your friend is at right now and if he's in suit or not?
Oh and apparently one of my mom's old school mates is being tried for butchering his girlfriend with a sword.
Nice place I live in :v:

Not really sure, actually. If he is in suit, then it'd probably be one of these he made.

I don't know dude, we've tried helping you a lot. When I first read yours posts when I started posting in this thread I was happily giving advice and trying to help but it seems pretty pointless to try helping you now.
Try doing something to improve your life, the only thing I ever recall you even considering doing was moving in with the parents of that internet friend but that was a long shot and nothing happened anyway. Last time someone mentioned this you said that it's because almost your entire social life was online but that seems like it's just reinforcing your problems that you complain about.
It's ok, I'm pretty sure he'd hate you without the avatar too.
Because all in all, I'm a fucking idiot at times with or without a avatar.
why do Western fursuits always seem to have at least a minimum thickness of padding material so they look rather uniformly thick most of the time compared to kigurumi
