I have a deck and i have to explain the game all the time to friends, then it gets a lot harder when you have people who won't grasp the 'be as offensive as you can' concept most of the time. In fact i have that as a rule in how i play where if someone literally is offended by a card the person who's card that is instantly wins the game.

And if they need to talk about it with someone, find somewhere private where they can talk about it.
