I'm betting you never messed with it so all you need to do is grab some tweezers and grab the wick and pull it up. Pull up unitl you see clean wick , then cut off the carbonized old wick. If you have no wick, a typical drug store will sell them for like 3 bucks.

working at mcds is okay just do your job and learn to do it quickly and follow directions and few people will have complaints i just didn't like it because i was working 40hrs there

It's a bit more.. upstanding as far as fast food goes? but it's still fast food I'm there because a job is a job. I'd rather work at McDonald's than not work at all.
